5. Setup

6.2 Starting and Stopping

Press the power button to turn on the appliance. To begin cleaning, tilt the handle backward. The vacuum will start operating. To pause, return the handle to an upright position. The vacuum will stop cleaning but remain powered on. To fully power off, press the power button again.

7.1 Automatic Self-Cleaning Cycle

After each use, place the vacuum back on its charging station and initiate the self-cleaning cycle. This cycle uses 100°C hot water to clean the brush roll, eliminating 100% of stains, followed by 90°C hot air drying to keep the brush soft and odor-free.

7.2 Post-Cleaning Manual Maintenance

Even after the automatic self-cleaning, some manual cleaning is necessary to prevent residue buildup and maintain hygiene:

1. Empty and Clean Dirty Water Tank: After the self-cleaning cycle, remove the dirty water tank. Dispose of the dirty water and solid waste. Rinse the tank thoroughly with clean water and dry it, preferably with a microfiber cloth.
2. Clean Solid Waste Container: Clean the solid waste container, using a finger or a small brush to reach all parts. Dry it completely.
3. Clean Filter: Remove the filter located above the solid waste container. Rinse it under running water and allow it to air dry completely before reinserting. A hairdryer can be used for faster drying.
4. Clean Brush Roll Area: Dismantle the brush roll. Clean the nozzles from which clean water exits, the duct where dirty water enters (use the provided cleaning brush for this), and the comb behind the brush roll. Use a microfiber cloth and the cleaning brush.
5. Clean Wheel Housings and Wheels: Clean the wheel housings and the wheels themselves, as they can accumulate sticky wet dust.
6. Clean Charging Station Base: Wipe down the base of the charging station, paying attention to the heating metal strip to remove any dried dirty water residue.

Important: The dirty water tank must remain in place during the self-cleaning cycle as dirty water will be aspirated into it. Ensure the dirty water tank is properly reattached after cleaning; gently push it into place until it clicks, do not force it.
