4. Setup and Installation
The ASURE Android Car Stereo Radio is designed for a plug-and-play installation with the supplied wired harness. However, some vehicles may require manual wiring for steering wheel controls. Always ensure the vehicle's power is disconnected before beginning installation.
4.1. Compatibility Check
This unit is compatible with Mercedes Benz Sprinter Freightliner W907 VS30 MK3 models from 2019-2023 (low-end versions). If your vehicle has an OEM NAVI Screen, please contact ASURE customer support to inquire about an extra wiring kit required for proper integration.

4.2. Wiring Connections
Connect the provided wiring harness kit to the car stereo unit and your vehicle's existing wiring. Ensure all connections are secure. Refer to the wiring diagram below for detailed port identification.

Important Note: The white plug (8-pin) integrated into the power harness must be connected to the radio's rear 8-pin socket to enable Bluetooth and Wi-Fi signals, and for steering wheel controls to function correctly.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1. Initial Power On and Basic Navigation
After successful installation, turn on your vehicle's ignition. The stereo unit will boot up. The main interface provides access to various functions such as Radio, Navigation, Music, and Apps.
5.2. UI Theme Customization
The ASURE unit supports third-party Android Launchers, such as AGAMA Car Launcher, allowing you to customize your user interface themes. You can download these apps from the Google Play Store.

5.3. Wireless and Wired CarPlay & Android Auto
Connect your iPhone (5 and later) or Android phone (11.0 and later) to the unit for seamless integration. Wireless connection is established via Bluetooth. For wired connection, use the 6-pin USB cable. Once connected, click the 'Car-Link' icon to activate CarPlay or Android Auto, enabling easy access to GPS navigation, calls, messages, and music while driving.

5.4. Bluetooth Pairing
To pair your phone via Bluetooth, navigate to the Bluetooth settings on the stereo and your phone. Select the stereo from your phone's Bluetooth device list and confirm the pairing. This allows for hands-free calling and audio streaming.

5.5. Steering Wheel Control (SWC) Programming
The unit supports original car steering wheel control button programming and customization. If SWC does not work automatically after installation, follow these steps:
- Click "Settings" in the main menu.
- Go to "Factory" settings.
- Input password: 3368.
- Click "Car Model".
- Select "HIWORLD -> Benz -> Sprinter -> 2019".
This will configure the steering wheel controls for your vehicle.
5.6. Display Brightness Adjustment
If the screen is too bright at night, you can adjust the backlight current. Access the Factory settings (password 3368) and locate the backlight current adjustment option. Lower the 'Minimum' value and save the settings. You can also slide down from the top of the screen to access quick settings for brightness.
6. Maintenance
To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your ASURE Android Car Stereo Radio, follow these maintenance guidelines:
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry, lint-free cloth to clean the screen and exterior surfaces. For stubborn smudges, slightly dampen the cloth with water or a screen-safe cleaner. Avoid abrasive materials, solvents, or harsh chemicals.
- Temperature: Avoid exposing the unit to extreme temperatures, both hot and cold, as this can affect performance and lifespan.
- Moisture: Keep the unit dry. Do not expose it to water or excessive humidity.
- Ventilation: Ensure that the ventilation openings are not blocked to prevent overheating.
- Software Updates: Periodically check for software updates from ASURE to ensure you have the latest features and bug fixes.
7. Troubleshooting
This section addresses common issues you might encounter with your ASURE Android Car Stereo Radio.
7.1. No Power / Unit Not Turning On
- Check all power connections to ensure they are securely plugged in.
- Verify the vehicle's fuse related to the stereo.
- Ensure the vehicle's ignition is on.
7.2. Steering Wheel Controls Not Working
- Confirm that the 8-pin white plug from the power harness is correctly connected to the radio's rear socket.
- Follow the SWC programming steps outlined in Section 5.5.
- If issues persist, contact ASURE customer support, as some cars may require specific manual wiring for SWC.
7.3. Bluetooth or Wi-Fi Signal Issues
- Ensure the 8-pin white plug is properly connected to the radio's rear socket, as this is crucial for signal reception.
- Check Bluetooth settings on both the stereo and your phone.
- For Wi-Fi, ensure you are within range of a strong signal.
7.4. Screen Too Bright at Night
- Adjust the backlight current in the Factory settings (password: 3368) as described in Section 5.6.
- Alternatively, slide down from the top of the screen to access quick brightness controls.
7.5. Touchscreen Unresponsive or Inaccurate
- A touchscreen recalibration might be necessary. This option is typically found within the Factory settings (password: 3368) under 'Touch Screen Calibration'. Follow the on-screen prompts to recalibrate.
8. Warranty and Support
Your ASURE Android Car Stereo Radio comes with a 1-year repair warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions under normal use.
