4.1 Charging the Device

Before first use, fully charge the UTRAI JS-9. Connect the provided USB-C charging cable to the device's USB-C input port and a suitable USB power adapter (not included). The digital display will indicate the charging progress. Ensure the device is fully charged for optimal performance.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Jump Starting a Vehicle

Follow these steps to safely jump start your vehicle:

1. Step 1: Ensure the UTRAI JS-9 is sufficiently charged. Press the power button to confirm the remaining battery level.
2. Step 2: Connect the smart jumper cables to the jump start output port on the UTRAI JS-9.
3. Step 3: Connect the red clamp to the positive (+) terminal of your vehicle's battery.
4. Step 4: Connect the black clamp to the negative (-) terminal of your vehicle's battery. The indicator light on the smart clamp will turn green, indicating a safe connection.
5. Step 5: Start your vehicle's engine within 30 seconds.
6. Step 6: Once the engine starts, immediately remove the smart clamps from the vehicle battery terminals, then disconnect them from the UTRAI JS-9.

5.2 Using the Air Compressor

To inflate tires or other items:

1. Step 1: Connect the air pump hose to the inflation port on the UTRAI JS-9.
2. Step 2: Press the power button to turn on the device. Briefly press the mode button to select the desired inflation mode (car, motorcycle, bicycle, ball, or custom).
3. Step 3: Use the "+" and "-" buttons to set the target pressure.
4. Step 4: Connect the nozzle to the tire valve or inflatable item.
5. Step 5: Press and hold the power button to start inflation. The compressor will automatically stop once the preset pressure is reached.
6. Caution: After use, wait a few minutes before touching the device to avoid any risk of burns due to high temperature from the compressor.

5.3 Using the LED Light

The integrated LED light has three modes for various situations:

• Illumination: For general lighting during nighttime repairs or camping.
• SOS Mode: Emits an SOS signal in Morse code for emergency signaling.
