3. Operating Your PC Case
Once all components are installed and connected, close the side panels. The mesh front panel and various fan mounting options ensure optimal airflow for your system. Monitor your system's temperatures to ensure efficient cooling.
4. Maintenance
Regular maintenance helps ensure optimal performance and longevity of your PC components.
4.1 Dust Filter Cleaning
The AeroCool D501A features magnetic dust filters on the top and side, and a removable filter on the bottom. These filters prevent dust buildup inside your case.
- Gently remove the magnetic dust filters from the top and side panels.
- Slide out the removable filter from the bottom of the case.
- Clean the filters using compressed air or by rinsing them with water. Ensure they are completely dry before reattaching.

4.2 General Cleaning
Wipe down the exterior of the case with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that could damage the finish.
5. Troubleshooting
This section addresses common issues you might encounter during or after building your PC.
5.1 Component Not Fitting
- GPU Length: Ensure your graphics card does not exceed 400mm in length. If using a front radiator, this clearance will be reduced.
- CPU Cooler Height: Verify your CPU cooler is within the 171mm height limit.
- Radiator/Fan Clearance: Refer to the cooling support diagrams (Figures 2.3 and 2.4) to confirm compatibility with your chosen fans and radiators.
5.2 Poor Airflow/High Temperatures
- Dust Filters: Check and clean all dust filters regularly. Clogged filters restrict airflow.
- Fan Orientation: Ensure fans are installed with the correct intake/exhaust orientation for optimal airflow.
- Cable Management: Poor cable management can obstruct airflow. Reroute cables to improve internal air circulation.
