3. Setup

3.1 Download the Fitdays App

The Fitdays Smart Body Tape Measure works in conjunction with the Fitdays App. Download the app from your device's app store:

3.2 Bluetooth Pairing

1. Ensure your smartphone's Bluetooth is turned on.
2. Open the Fitdays App and navigate to the device pairing section.
3. Press the power button on the Smart Body Tape Measure to turn it on. The display will light up.
4. The app should automatically detect the device. Follow the on-screen prompts in the app to complete the pairing process.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Taking Measurements

1. Extend the Tape: Press the button on the side of the device to release the tape.
2. Position the Hook: Place the easy-lock hook into the slot on the side of the device to form a loop.
3. Measure: Wrap the tape around the body part you wish to measure (e.g., waist, arm, thigh). Ensure the tape is snug but not too tight.
4. Tighten: Press the white button on the top of the device to automatically tighten the tape for an accurate reading.
5. Read Display: The measurement will be shown on the large LED HD display.
6. Retract: Press the button on the side again to retract the tape for storage.

4.2 Switching Units

The device supports both inches (in) and centimeters (cm). To switch between units, press the 'M' button (usually the left button) on the device. The display will update to show the current unit.

4.3 Saving Data to App

Once a measurement is taken and displayed on the device, ensure your device is connected to the Fitdays App via Bluetooth. The measurement will automatically sync to the app. You can then select the specific body part (e.g., L:Arm, Waist, Hip) in the app to assign the measurement. Click 'Save' in the app to record the data.

5. Maintenance

• Cleaning: Wipe the device with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the device in water.
