1. Important Safety Instructions

Please read all instructions carefully before using the Facelle Stand Mixer. Keep this manual for future reference.

  • Always ensure the mixer is unplugged from the power outlet before assembling, disassembling, or cleaning.
  • Do not immerse the motor unit, cord, or plug in water or other liquids.
  • Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children.
  • Avoid contact with moving parts. Keep hands, hair, clothing, as well as spatulas and other utensils away from beaters during operation to reduce the risk of injury to persons and/or damage to the mixer.
  • Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug, or after the appliance malfunctions or has been dropped or damaged in any manner. Contact customer support for assistance.
  • The use of attachments not recommended or sold by the manufacturer may cause fire, electric shock, or injury.
  • Do not use outdoors.
  • Do not let the cord hang over the edge of a table or counter or touch hot surfaces.
  • Always operate the mixer on a dry, stable, and level surface.
  • Overheating protection is built-in; if the mixer stops due to overheating, unplug it and let it cool down for at least 30 minutes before resuming use.

3. Assembly and Setup

Follow these steps to assemble your Facelle Stand Mixer before first use.

  1. Place the Mixer: Position the mixer on a clean, dry, and stable surface. Ensure the anti-slip suction cups are securely gripping the countertop.

  3. Lift the Tilt-Head: Press the tilt-head release button (usually located on the side or back of the mixer head) and lift the motor head upwards until it locks into place.

  5. Attach the Mixing Bowl: Place the 6-quart stainless steel mixing bowl onto the base, aligning the tabs on the bowl with the slots on the base. Turn the bowl clockwise until it locks securely into position.

  7. Insert an Attachment: Select the desired attachment (dough hook, flat beater, or wire whip). Align the attachment with the shaft and push upwards, then turn slightly to the left until it locks into place.

  9. Lower the Tilt-Head: Gently push the motor head down until it clicks into its locked position. Ensure it is fully lowered before operation.
  10. Attach the Splash Guard: If desired, slide the splash guard onto the mixing bowl. The opening allows for adding ingredients during mixing.

4. Operation

4.2 Using the Mixer

  1. Ensure the mixer is properly assembled and the tilt-head is locked down.
  2. Add your ingredients to the mixing bowl.
  3. Plug the mixer into a suitable power outlet.
  4. Turn the speed control knob to the desired setting. Start at a lower speed and gradually increase to prevent splashing.
  5. For quick bursts of power or to incorporate ingredients rapidly, turn the knob to the 'P' (Pulse) setting and release.
  6. When finished, turn the speed knob to '0' (Off) and unplug the mixer from the power outlet.
  7. Press the tilt-head release button and lift the head to remove the attachment and mixing bowl.

5. Care and Cleaning

Proper cleaning and maintenance will extend the life of your Facelle Stand Mixer.

5.1 Cleaning Attachments and Bowl

  • The stainless steel mixing bowl, dough hook, flat beater, and wire whip are dishwasher safe.
  • Alternatively, wash these parts in warm, soapy water, then rinse thoroughly and dry completely before storage.
  • The splash guard, egg separator, and scraper can be hand-washed with warm, soapy water.

5.2 Cleaning the Main Unit

  • Always unplug the mixer before cleaning.
  • Wipe the exterior of the motor unit with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scourers.
  • Never immerse the motor unit in water or any other liquid.
  • Ensure all parts are completely dry before storing or using again.

6. Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues with your Facelle Stand Mixer, refer to the following common problems and solutions.
