2. Safety Guidelines

3. Setup and Assembly

3.4. Step-by-Step Assembly Instructions

1. Mount the Front Wheel: Remove the bolt and nuts from the front fork. Attach the wheel disc to the front wheel. Position the wheel and insert the bearing between the wheel and the tubular part. Use a screwdriver to open the tubular part if needed. Reinsert the bolt and secure with nuts on both sides using the 10mm hexagonal wrench.
2. Install the Handlebar: Insert the handlebar into the designated hole until it stops. Screw in the central bolt and tighten with the Allen key. Align the handlebar and secure the four remaining bolts with the same key.
3. Attach the Dashboard: Position the dashboard, insert its two screws, and secure them with an electric screwdriver or Phillips screwdriver.
4. Install the Basket Support: Unscrew the two front bolts and position the basket base. Align it and reinsert the same bolts to secure it. Use an electric screwdriver or Phillips screwdriver and a 10mm Spanish wrench for tightening.
5. Connect the Headlight Wires: Identify the two large connectors that connect to the headlight. IMPORTANT: Do NOT connect the yellow/black wire or the two additional wires coming from the dashboard. Connecting these could cause a short circuit or malfunction.
6. Attach the Headlight: Align the headlight and secure it from the back with four screws using an electric screwdriver or Phillips screwdriver.
7. Install Turn Signals: Simply insert the turn signals into their respective holes without needing tools.
8. Install Reflectors: Screw the reflectors into their designated positions on the front fork.
9. Attach Front Mudguard: Remove the indicated screws. Position the front mudguard, insert the central screw, and secure with an electric screwdriver. Align the lower supports and secure them with the previously removed screws.
10. Install Pedals (Optional): If you wish to install the pedals, cut the cap on the side of the battery compartment. Remove the cover and loosen the moldings. Remove the inner screws with a screwdriver. Loosen the rear wheel using the adjustable wrench, Spanish wrench, and Allen key. Take the pedal kit, insert the shaft, and place the bearings on both ends, screwing them firmly. Mount the sprocket on the shaft and secure the corresponding bolt. Place the chain, adjusting the teeth to the rear wheel sprocket and aligning with the pedal sprocket. Join both ends of the chain. Tighten the rear wheel bolts. Re-screw all moldings and replace the cover.
11. Connect Batteries: Remove the battery box and unscrew the bolts to open it. Using the special screws provided, connect the red cables: red pole to blue pole, red pole to blue pole, and finally, the last red cable from red pole to blue pole. Ensure no cable ends touch other poles during connection to avoid short circuits. Tighten all pole screws. Connect the black cable to the remaining red pole and the red cable with the integrated fuse to the remaining blue pole. Secure them. Close the battery box, secure its screws, and place it back into the electric bicycle. Plug in the connector for the batteries to charge and replace the top cover. Turn on the electric bicycle.
12. Install the Seat: Take the three screws, align the seat pieces, and secure them firmly by hand. No tools are needed for this step.
13. Install the Backrest: Remove the seat. WARNING: Do NOT move or manipulate any connections under the seat, as they are factory configured and tampering may affect performance. Remove the three screws with an electric screwdriver or Phillips screwdriver. Place the backrest and reinsert the screws, securing them firmly. Replace the seat.
14. Attach Rear Mudguard: Remove the screws from the sides and place the rear mudguard. Position it correctly and align the lower supports.
15. Install Mirrors: Loosen the nut, insert the mirror, and rotate it to the desired adjustment. Re-tighten the nut to secure.
16. Adjust Brakes: For the rear brake, remove the bolt and the spring from the cable. Use a screwdriver to create a small space between the rear wheel and the metal piece to insert the cable. Place the spring on the cable, insert it through the marked hole, and secure it with its nut. Remove the screwdriver and press the brake lever to verify adjustment. Repeat the same process for the front brake.
17. Attach Brand Plate: Align the brand plate on the basket and secure it with two screws using a screwdriver.
18. Install Cable Cover: Place the handlebar cable cover, align it to cover the screws and cable exits, and secure it with the screw and an electric screwdriver.

4. Operating Instructions

Your NEON Move EX-1 Electric Bicycle offers both pedal and electric modes for versatile travel.

4.1. Controls and Display

• LCD Display: The integrated LCD screen shows speed, battery level, and light indicators.
• Accelerator: Located on the handlebar for electric propulsion.

4.2. Starting and Riding

1. Insert the key into the ignition and turn it to the 'ON' position.

5. Use the brake levers to slow down or stop.
