2.1 Unboxing and Component Check
Carefully open the packaging. Remove all components and protective materials. Verify that all parts are present according to the packing list in the user manual. The main components include the bike frame, front wheel, handlebars, pedals, dual headlights, fenders, charger, and a hard-shell bag (for single battery option).

2.2 Handlebar Attachment
Locate the handlebar and the handlebar bracket on the front fork. Remove the four bolts from the bracket. Position the handlebar correctly, ensuring the gear shifter is on the right side. Reattach the bracket and secure it with the four bolts. Tighten them firmly using the provided Allen key.
2.3 Front Wheel Installation
Before installing the front wheel, ensure you have two 15mm wrench tools. Remove the axle from its packaging. Remove one nut, one locking washer, and one spacer from one side of the axle. Remove the fork protector from the bottom of the front fork. Carefully align the front wheel with the fork, ensuring the disc brake rotor slides into the brake caliper. Insert the axle through the wheel hub and the fork. Slide the removed spacer onto the axle on the side where it was removed, followed by the locking washer and the nut. Tighten both nuts evenly using the 15mm wrenches.

2.4 Fender Attachment
Attach the front fender to the front fork. Remove the small bolt located on the front fork bridge and the two bolts on the lower part of the fork near the axle. Align the fender and reattach it using these bolts. Ensure it is securely fastened.
2.5 Headlight Installation
The dual headlights come pre-assembled on a bracket. Remove the screws/bolts from the headlight bracket. Position the headlights onto the designated mounting points on the front fork. Reattach the screws/bolts, securing the headlights firmly. Connect the headlight wires to the corresponding connectors on the bike's wiring harness. You can adjust the angle of the headlights by loosening and re-tightening their side bolts.
2.6 Pedal Attachment
Identify the left (L) and right (R) pedals. The letters are usually stamped on the pedal spindle. Attach the right pedal by screwing it clockwise into the right crank arm. Attach the left pedal by screwing it counter-clockwise into the left crank arm. Use a wrench to tighten them securely.

4. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your electric bike.
4.1 General Care
- Keep the bike clean, especially after riding in wet or muddy conditions.
- Regularly check tire pressure. The recommended pressure is usually indicated on the tire sidewall.
- Periodically inspect and tighten all bolts and nuts. Using a torque wrench is recommended to ensure proper tightness without overtightening.
4.2 Battery Care
- Before the first ride, fully charge the battery until the green light on the charger block indicates completion. It is recommended to fully charge the battery at least five times initially to optimize battery life.
- Never leave the battery completely empty for extended periods, as this can damage it. Always store the battery with some charge, ideally fully charged.
4.3 Brake and Derailleur Adjustment
Brakes and derailleurs may require periodic adjustment. If you notice any issues with braking performance or gear shifting, consult the detailed user manual or seek professional assistance. Improper adjustment can affect safety and performance.
