1. Introduction

2. Important Safety Instructions

When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and injury to persons, including the following:

4. Setup and First Use

4.1 Unpacking

  • Remove all packaging materials, stickers, and labels from the appliance.
  • Check that all components listed in Section 3 are present and undamaged.
  • Retain the packaging for future storage or transport if necessary.

4.2 Placement

  • Place the air fryer on a stable, level, and heat-resistant surface.
  • Ensure there is at least 10 cm (4 inches) of free space around the back and sides of the appliance to allow for proper air circulation.
  • Do not place the appliance against a wall or other appliances.

4.3 Cleaning Before First Use

  • Wipe the exterior of the appliance with a damp cloth.
  • Clean the frying basket and non-stick pan with hot water, dish soap, and a non-abrasive sponge. These parts are also dishwasher safe.
  • Rinse thoroughly and dry all parts completely before use.
  • During the first few uses, a slight odor may be present. This is normal and will dissipate.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Preheating the Air Fryer

  1. Plug the power cord into a grounded wall outlet.
  2. Pull the pan and basket assembly out of the air fryer using the handle.
  3. Place the empty frying basket back into the pan, then slide the assembly back into the air fryer.
  4. Turn the temperature control dial to the desired preheating temperature (e.g., 180°C / 350°F).
  5. Turn the timer control dial to 3-5 minutes for preheating. The indicator light will illuminate.
  6. Once the timer rings, the air fryer is preheated.

5.2 Cooking with the Air Fryer

  1. After preheating (or if not preheating, ensure the basket and pan are clean and inserted), pull out the pan and basket assembly.
  2. Place your food items into the frying basket. Do not overfill the basket to ensure even cooking.
  3. Slide the pan and basket assembly back into the air fryer. Ensure it is fully closed.
  4. Set the desired cooking temperature using the temperature control dial (80°C to 200°C).
  5. Set the cooking time using the timer control dial (up to 30 minutes). The indicator light will turn on.
  6. Some recipes may require shaking the basket halfway through the cooking time. To do this, pull out the pan and basket assembly, shake gently, then reinsert. The appliance will automatically pause and resume cooking when the basket is reinserted.
  7. When the timer rings, the cooking process is complete. The appliance will automatically shut off.
  8. Carefully pull out the pan and basket assembly. Use heat-resistant tongs to remove the cooked food.
  9. Unplug the appliance from the wall outlet after use.
