The FLEXISPOT Q5 is an electric adjustable height standing desk featuring a spacious integrated drawer and a whole-piece wooden desktop, designed for ergonomic comfort and efficient workspace organization in home and office environments.
2. Important Safety Warnings
To prevent injury or damage to the product, please adhere to the following safety guidelines:
- Always assemble the desk completely before use. Ensure all components are securely fastened.
- Do not exceed the maximum load capacity of 110 lbs (50 kg).
- Keep the desk away from heat sources and moisture to prevent damage.
- Always unplug the desk when not in use, during cleaning, or during assembly/disassembly.
- Ensure there are no obstructions in the desk's path during height adjustments to prevent collisions.

4. Assembly Instructions
Follow these steps carefully for proper assembly. It is recommended to have two people for certain steps.
4.1. Watch the Installation Video

4.2. Desktop Assembly
- Insert 3-in-1 Connectors: Locate the designated holes on the desktop and insert the 3-in-1 connectors. (Refer to video 0:06)
- Insert Wooden Dowels: Place wooden dowels into the corresponding holes on the desktop edges. (Refer to video 0:19)
- Install Front Panels: Attach the front left and right panels to the desktop, securing them with screws. (Refer to video 0:24)
- Install Hinge Plates: Secure the right and left hinge plates to the desktop using screws. (Refer to video 0:40)
- Install Right Angle Connectors: Attach the right angle connectors to reinforce the structure. (Refer to video 0:45)
4.3. Drawer Assembly
- Insert Wooden Dowels: Insert wooden dowels into the drawer side panels. (Refer to video 0:53)
- Install Drawer Front Panel: Attach the drawer front panel to the side panels. (Refer to video 1:03)
- Install Drawer Bottom: Slide the drawer bottom into the grooves of the assembled drawer frame. (Refer to video 1:10)
- Install Drawer Back Panel: Secure the drawer back panel to complete the drawer box. (Refer to video 1:16)
- Install Railway Installation Pipe: Attach the railway installation pipe to the drawer mechanism. (Refer to video 1:25)
- Pre-install Drawer: Carefully pre-install the assembled drawer into the desktop frame. (Refer to video 1:35)
- Insert Plastic Parts: Insert the small plastic parts into their designated slots for a secure fit. (Refer to video 1:42)
4.4. Frame Assembly
- Assemble Motor and Lifting Column: Attach the motor to the left lifting column. (Refer to video 1:50)
- Install Crossbeam: Connect the crossbeam between the two lifting columns. (Refer to video 2:08)
- Install Support Plate: Secure the support plate to the frame. (Refer to video 2:21)
- Install Legs: Attach the desk legs to the bottom of the frame. (Refer to video 2:30)
- Loosen Screws: Loosen the screws on the crossbeam to allow for adjustment. (Refer to video 2:37)
- Align Holes: Carefully stretch the frame to align the holes with the desktop. (Refer to video 2:41)
4.5. Final Assembly & Wiring
- Install Keypad: Mount the control keypad to the underside of the desk. (Refer to video 2:53)
- Install Transmission Rod: Insert the transmission rod, ensuring it connects both lifting columns. (Refer to video 2:58)
- Loosen and Tighten Rod: Loosen the rod, adjust its position, then tighten to secure. (Refer to video 3:02, 3:10)
- Lock Rod: Lock the transmission rod in place. (Refer to video 3:14)
- Install Baffle: Attach the baffle to the underside of the desk. (Refer to video 3:22)
- Wiring: Connect all necessary cables for the motor, control panel, and power supply. Ensure all connections are secure. (Refer to video 3:31)
5. Operating Instructions
5.1. Adjusting Height
- Use the Up (^) and Down (v) arrows on the control panel to move the desk to your desired height.
- The digital display will show the current height.
5.2. Setting Memory Presets
The desk allows you to save up to four preferred height settings:
- Adjust the desk to your desired height using the Up/Down buttons.
- Press the "F" button (Function/Favorite).
- Immediately press one of the memory buttons (1, 2, 3, or 4) to save the current height to that preset.
- To recall a saved height, simply press the corresponding memory button (1, 2, 3, or 4). The desk will automatically move to the saved position.
6. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe the desk surface and frame with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals.
- Inspection: Periodically check all screws and connections to ensure they are tight. Re-tighten if necessary.
- Cable Management: Ensure cables are neatly organized and not pinched or tangled to prevent damage.
