3. Setup Instructions

Follow these steps to set up your LISEN 96W Retractable Car Charger:

1. Insert into Cigarette Lighter Port: Plug the charger's main body firmly into your vehicle's 12V/24V cigarette lighter port. Ensure it is securely seated.
2. Adjust Angle: Utilize the 180° adjustable swivel to position the charger for optimal access and to avoid interference with other vehicle controls (e.g., gear shifter, cup holders).
3. Power On: Once plugged in, the blue halo LED will illuminate, and the digital voltage display will show your vehicle's battery voltage, indicating the charger is active.

4. Operating Instructions

The LISEN 96W Retractable Car Charger offers versatile charging options:

4.1 Using Retractable Cables

• Extend Cable: Gently pull the desired USB-C or Lightning cable to extend it. The cables can extend up to 31.5 inches (approximately 0.7 meters) and feature five preset lengths.
• Retract Cable: To retract, gently pull the cable forward approximately 1.5 cm (0.6 inches) and release. The cable will automatically reel back into the unit, keeping your car tidy.
• Connect Device: Plug the extended cable into your compatible device (e.g., iPhone, Samsung Galaxy, iPad, Kindle, Switch).

4.2 Using USB Ports

• USB-C PD Port: Connect a USB-C cable to this port for up to 36W Power Delivery charging.
• USB-A QC Port: Connect a USB-A cable to this port for up to 18W Quick Charge.
• Multiple Device Charging: The charger can power up to 4 devices simultaneously. Note that when USB-C and USB-A ports are used together, their combined output drops to 15W to protect connected devices.

4.3 Digital Voltage Display

The integrated LCD voltmeter displays your vehicle's battery voltage (8-30V) in real-time. This feature helps monitor your car's electrical system health:

• 13.0-14.8V: Normal battery voltage after the engine starts.
• 12.0-12.8V: Normal battery before the engine starts.
• Below 12.0V: Indicates abnormal battery voltage; repair is recommended to prevent short-circuits or fire hazards.

5. Maintenance

• Cable Care: When retracting cables, ensure they are not pulled too forcefully or allowed to snap back violently, which could damage the retraction mechanism.
• Storage: When not in use, ensure cables are fully retracted to prevent tangling and damage.

6. Troubleshooting

• No Power/Charging:
  • Ensure the charger is firmly seated in the cigarette lighter port.
  • Check your vehicle's fuse for the cigarette lighter port.
  • Verify that your device's charging cable (if using external ports) is fully inserted and functional.
• Slow Charging:
  • Confirm your device supports fast charging protocols (QC, PD).
  • If multiple devices are connected, the power output may be distributed, leading to slower charging for individual devices.
  • Ensure the cables are fully extended and not obstructed.
• Overheating:
  • It is normal for the charger to experience slight heating during use.
  • If it becomes excessively hot or shows unusual heat, stop using it immediately and check all connections. Contact support if the issue persists.
• Retractable Cable Stuck:
  • If a cable gets stuck, pull it out approximately 2 cm and release. It should retract automatically.
  • Avoid forcing the cable, as this can damage the internal mechanism.
• Compatibility Issues:
  • The charger is designed for most 12V/24V cigarette lighter ports. However, some vehicles with very narrow or angled ports may not be suitable.
