2. Important Safety Instructions
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and injury.
- Read all instructions before operating the appliance.
- Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs.
- To protect against electric shock, do not immerse cord, plugs, or the appliance in water or other liquid.

3.1 Components and Accessories

4. Setup and First Use
4.1 Unpacking
- Carefully remove the appliance and all accessories from the packaging.
- Remove any protective films or stickers from the appliance.
- Inspect the appliance for any damage. Do not use if damaged.
4.2 Cleaning Before First Use
- Wipe the exterior of the oven with a damp cloth.
- Wash all accessories (baking pan, frying basket, cooking rack, rotisserie spit, crumb tray, tongs) with warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.
- Ensure the interior of the oven is clean and dry before plugging it in.
4.3 Placement
- Place the oven on a stable, flat, and heat-resistant surface.
- Ensure there is adequate ventilation around the appliance (at least 10 cm clearance on all sides).
- Do not place the oven near flammable materials or heat sources.
4.4 Initial Burn-Off
It is recommended to run the oven empty for about 15 minutes before first use to burn off any manufacturing residues.
- Plug the oven into a grounded 220V-240V AC outlet.
- Set the temperature to 200°C and the timer to 15 minutes.
- Operate the oven without any food inside. A slight odor or smoke may be present; this is normal.
- After 15 minutes, turn off the oven and allow it to cool completely.
- Wipe the interior with a damp cloth once cooled.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Control Panel
The LLIVEKIT Airfryer XXL Mini Oven features an intuitive digital LED touch screen for easy operation.

- Power Button: Turns the oven on/off.
- Temperature Control: Adjusts temperature from 60°C to 230°C.
- Time Control: Adjusts cooking time up to 90 minutes.
- Preset Functions: Icons for 12 common dishes (e.g., fries, chicken wings, pizza, roasted chicken, dried fruit, pastries, bread, shrimp, fish, cookies, steak).
- Light Button: Turns the interior oven light on/off.
- Fan/Convection Button: Activates or deactivates the convection fan for even cooking.
- Rotisserie Button: Activates the rotisserie function (if using the rotisserie spit).
5.2 General Operation
- Prepare Food: Place your food on the appropriate accessory (baking pan, frying basket, or cooking rack).
- Insert Accessory: Slide the accessory into the desired rack position inside the oven. Ensure the crumb tray is at the bottom.
- Power On: Plug in the oven and press the Power button.
- Select Function:
- Using Presets: Select one of the 12 preset icons. The oven will automatically set the recommended time and temperature.
- Manual Setting: Use the Temperature and Time control buttons to set your desired cooking parameters.
- Start Cooking: Press the Start/Pause button to begin cooking. The interior light can be turned on to monitor progress.
- Adjust During Cooking: You can adjust the time and temperature during cooking if needed.
- Finish Cooking: The oven will beep when the cooking cycle is complete. Carefully remove the food using oven mitts and the provided tongs.
- Power Off: Press the Power button to turn off the oven and unplug it from the wall outlet.

- Roasting (Rotisserie): For whole chickens or larger cuts, use the rotisserie spit. Ensure the food is securely fastened and clears all heating elements. Activate the Rotisserie button on the control panel.
- Dehydrating: Use a low temperature (e.g., 60°C) and a longer time for drying fruits or making jerky.
- Preheating: The oven supports a preheating function. For optimal results, allow the oven to reach the set temperature before adding food.
- Keep Warm: After cooking, the oven can maintain a warm temperature to keep your food ready until serving.
6. Cleaning and Maintenance
Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your LLIVEKIT Airfryer XXL Mini Oven.
- Unplug and Cool: Always unplug the oven from the power outlet and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
- Crumb Tray: Remove the crumb tray and empty any food residues. Wash it with warm soapy water or place it in the dishwasher.
- Accessories: All removable accessories (baking pan, frying basket, cooking rack, rotisserie spit, tongs) are dishwasher-safe. For stubborn food, soak them in warm soapy water before cleaning. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or steel wool, as this can damage the non-stick coating and stainless steel.
- Interior: Wipe the interior walls and heating elements with a damp cloth and mild detergent. For baked-on food, a non-abrasive sponge can be used. Ensure the interior is dry before next use.
- Exterior: Wipe the exterior surface with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
- Door: Clean the double-walled glass door with a glass cleaner or damp cloth.
