1. Introduction

This manual provides essential instructions for the safe and efficient operation, setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of your Mxmoonant 10kg/H Ultrasonic Mist Maker DIY Humidifier Kit. This unit is designed to provide powerful mist output and automated humidity control for various applications, including mushroom growing, plant cultivation in greenhouses, and general room humidification.

Key features include a powerful 10-head ultrasonic mist maker with 10,000ml/h output, automated humidity control (20-95%RH), versatile water supply options (direct line or pump connection), and adjustable mist volume via a rotary knob.

2. Setup

2.1 Unboxing and Components

Carefully unpack all components from the box. Ensure all accessories listed in the 'Complete Accessory Set' section are present. The main unit includes the mist maker, power supply, and control panel. Additional accessories include tubing, connectors for water supply, mist direction tubes, and suction hooks.

2.2 Water Supply Connection

The humidifier offers flexible water supply options for continuous operation:

• Direct Water Line/Faucet Connection: Use the provided tap hose and connectors (1/2" & 3/4") to connect the unit directly to a water source. Ensure a secure connection to prevent leaks.
• Water Pump Connection: For use with a water reservoir, connect the provided hose for the water pump to the unit. The automatic refilling system and float valve will maintain the water level.

An on/off switch is included on the water line to control water flow to the unit, allowing you to stop water intake when not in use or for maintenance.

2.3 Mist Output Setup

Attach the flexible mist direction tubes to the outlets on top of the unit. The kit includes four tubes and corresponding suction hooks, allowing you to direct the mist precisely where needed, such as into a closet, directly onto plants, or across a larger area. The tubes can be extended or customized as required.

2.4 Power Connection

Connect the power supply to the main unit and then plug it into a standard 110V electrical outlet. Ensure the power supply is placed in a dry, safe location, away from direct water exposure.

3. Operating Instructions

3.1 Power On/Off

Once connected to a water source and power, turn the rotary dial clockwise to power on the unit. The LED indicator on the front will illuminate. To power off, turn the dial counter-clockwise until it clicks off.

3.2 Adjusting Mist Volume

The rotary knob on the front of the unit allows you to adjust the mist output volume. Turn the knob clockwise to increase mist output and counter-clockwise to decrease it. This enables customization for different room sizes or plant needs.

3.3 Automated Humidity Control

The advanced humidity controller allows you to set your desired humidity level between 20-95%RH. The unit will automatically turn on or off to maintain this set level, providing effortless humidity management. 3.4 LED Indicator

The LED light on the bottom of the unit indicates its status:

• Green Light: Normal operation, sufficient water supply.
• Red Light: Indicates a water supply issue (e.g., tank empty, water supply off).

A separate button on the side allows you to turn the LED light off if desired.

4. Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and longevity of your humidifier.

4.1 Cleaning the Water Tank and Atomizers

• Empty the Tank: When not in use for an extended period (more than 24 hours), empty the water tank to prevent mold or impurity formation.
• Clean Reset Button: Periodically press the reset button (spring at the bottom of the tank) several times and clean it with a brush if needed.
• Wipe Atomizers: Gently wipe the atomizers with a cotton swab to remove any mineral buildup.
• Surface Cleaning: Use a soft cloth or sponge to clean the exterior surfaces of the unit.

4.2 Water Tube Cleaning

To ensure optimal performance, regularly clean the water tube. Disconnect it from the humidifier and rinse with warm water to remove any buildup. Allow the tube to dry completely before reattaching. Regular cleaning will help maintain efficient mist producing and prolong the life of your equipment.

5. Troubleshooting

5.1 Red Light Blinking

If the LED indicator is red or blinking, it typically signifies a water supply issue. Check the following:

• Ensure the water tank is not empty. Refill if necessary.
• Verify that the water supply valve (if connected to a direct line) is open.
• Check for any kinks or blockages in the water supply tubing.

If the problem persists after checking these points, record a video of the humidifier head and send it to customer service for further assistance.
