4. Setup
Follow these steps to set up your NineSky CT2 Dehumidifier:
- Unpack: Carefully remove the dehumidifier from its packaging. Retain packaging for future storage or transport.
- Placement: Place the unit on a flat, stable surface in the desired area. Ensure there is at least 10 cm (4 inches) of space around the air inlets and outlets for proper airflow.
- Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a suitable electrical outlet.
- Water Tank: Ensure the water tank is correctly inserted into the unit. The unit will not operate if the tank is missing or improperly placed.

6. Maintenance

Emptying the Water Tank:
- When the water tank is full, the unit will automatically shut off and an indicator light will activate.
- Carefully pull out the water tank from the front of the unit.
- Pour out the collected water into a sink or drain.
- Slide the empty water tank back into the unit until it clicks into place. The dehumidifier will resume operation automatically.
Cleaning:
- Exterior: Wipe the exterior of the unit with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
