The MixBubole FLO700-RD is a fully automatic utility sink pump designed to effectively pump clear wastewater without solid contents to a nearby outlet where gravity drainage is not feasible. It is ideally suited for off-grid residential sewage systems and can provide a solution for various applications such as sinks, showers, wash bins, urinals, and kitchen or basement installations.

Important Safety Instructions

• This pump is designed for use with water only. Do not use for other fluids, especially fuels, cleaning fluids, or other chemical products.
• All electrical connections must be protected from moisture.
• If there is a danger of flooding, ensure electrical connections are located at a higher ground level.
• The pump must be protected from freezing temperatures.
• To prevent electric shock, the pump must be connected only to a Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter (GFCI) protected outlet.
• Do not use an extension cord with this item.

Setup and Installation

General Guidelines:

• Ensure the pump rests on a stable, level surface.
• Verify that the discharge pipe is properly connected and secured.
• Confirm the electrical socket is a GFCI protected outlet (110-120 VAC, 60 Hz).
• Protect the pump from water and moisture until fully installed.

Connecting Inlets and Outlets:

The pump is equipped with three Ø 40mm universal wastewater inlets and one outlet. Use the provided rubber couplings and hose clamps to secure connections.

1. Discharge Connection: The waste water is evacuated via a 1", 1-1/4", or 1-1/2" diameter copper or plastic (PVC, CPVC) pipe. The pump is designed to handle 3/8" particles. Ensure the angle of slope is 1/4" per foot for horizontal drain sections leading up to the main drain stack to ensure drainage by gravity.
2. Inlet Connections: The pump has two side inlets and one top inlet. Use the provided rubber couplings (1-1/2"x2") with clamps to connect additional fixtures. If an inlet is not used, cap it off securely.
3. Venting System: The unit has been designed with a vent connection on the top. All plumbing codes require a connection to a vent system. Connect to your PVC pipe using the provided 1-1/2"x2" rubber coupling.

Operating Instructions

Automatic Operation:

The MixBubole FLO700-RD pump features a fully automatic ON/OFF mechanism. It activates when the water level reaches approximately 3 inches and shuts off when the water level drops to 2 inches. This ensures efficient and hands-free operation.

Power-On Self-Test:

Every time the pump is powered on, the motor will automatically start for 2 seconds as a self-test. This confirms the unit is functioning correctly before normal operation begins.
