1. Important Safety Information

• Electrical Safety: This sauna operates on 120V. Ensure your electrical outlet and circuit can support the sauna's power requirements (approximately 1400W-1500W). Do not overload circuits. Always unplug the sauna from the power source before cleaning or maintenance.

3. Assembly Instructions

Assembly typically requires two people due to the weight and size of the panels. Have a sturdy drill/driver with appropriate bits ready.

1. Prepare the Area: Choose a flat, stable, and dry location for the sauna. Ensure sufficient space around the unit for assembly and ventilation.
2. Base Panel Placement: Place the base panel in the desired location.
3. Assemble Side and Back Panels: Carefully connect the side panels to the back panel, ensuring all electrical connections for the heating elements are properly aligned and secured. The Canadian Hemlock wood panels are designed for a tight fit.
4. Install Front Panel: Attach the front panel, including the glass door, to the assembled side panels. Ensure the door swings freely and latches securely.
5. Roof Panel Installation: Place the roof panel on top, aligning it with the pre-drilled holes. Secure it with the provided hardware.
6. Internal Components: Install the adjustable backrest chair, ensuring it can be moved to its three positions. Connect the control panel, reading light, Bluetooth speaker, oxygen device, and cup holder as per the diagrams.
7. Final Checks: Double-check all connections, screws, and panel alignments. Ensure no wires are pinched.

4. Operating Instructions

1. Power On: Plug the sauna into a dedicated 120V outlet. Press the 'ON/OFF' button on the control panel to power on the unit.
2. Set Temperature: Use the 'TEMP +/-' buttons to adjust the desired temperature. The range is 64.4°F (18°C) to 149°F (65°C).
3. Set Time: Use the 'TIME +/-' buttons to set your desired session duration.
4. Preheating: Allow 10-15 minutes for the sauna to reach the set temperature. The 7 carbon panels and back heating tube provide rapid 3D fast heating.
5. Adjust Backrest: The chair features three adjustable back positions for personalized comfort.
6. Special Features:
   • Red Light Therapy: Activate the anti-aging red light therapy feature via the control panel.
