Setup
1. Battery Charging
The 20V 2.0Ah battery features a digital display and supports Type-C fast charging. A 30W PD charger (not included) is recommended for optimal charging speed. The battery can also function as a power bank for other devices via its USB-C and USB-A outputs.
- Connect the provided Type-C charging cable to the battery's Type-C port and to a compatible USB power adapter (not included).
- The digital display on the battery will show the charging progress. A full charge typically takes approximately 1.5 hours.
- To use as a power bank, connect your device to the USB-C or USB-A output ports on the battery.

2. Blade Installation and Removal
The tool is designed for quick and easy blade changes between the grass trimming blade and the hedge trimming blade.
- Removal: Ensure the battery is removed. Press the two release buttons located on the sides of the blade housing. Gently pull the installed blade forward to detach it from the main unit.
- Installation: Align the desired blade (grass or hedge) with the slot on the main unit. Push the blade firmly into place until you hear a click, indicating it is securely locked. Ensure the release buttons pop back out.

Operating Instructions
1. Safety Features: Double Lock System
The WORKPRO X hedge trimmer is equipped with a double-switch safety system to prevent accidental startup. To operate the tool, you must simultaneously press both the safety lock button (on top of the handle) and the trigger switch (under the handle).

2. Grass Trimming
Attach the grass trimming blade for precise cutting of lawn edges and small areas. The grass blade offers a cutting width of 14.5 cm.
- Ensure the grass trimming blade is securely installed and the battery is inserted.
- Hold the tool firmly with both hands, if applicable, or one hand if designed for single-hand use, ensuring a stable grip.
- Activate the double-switch safety system and guide the blade along the grass edges or desired areas.
- Move the tool slowly and steadily for a clean cut.
3. Hedge Trimming / Sculpting
Attach the hedge trimming blade for shaping hedges, shrubs, and bushes. This blade provides a cutting length of 20 cm and can cut branches up to 8 mm in diameter.
- Ensure the hedge trimming blade is securely installed and the battery is inserted.
- Activate the double-switch safety system.
- Guide the blade along the hedge, maintaining a consistent angle for an even trim.
- Avoid cutting branches thicker than 8 mm to prevent damage to the blades and motor.
- Be mindful of hard objects such as stones or metal fences, as these can dull or damage the blades.

4. Optimal Performance
The tool features a high-performance motor operating at 1200 rpm, providing efficient cutting. The 2.0Ah battery offers approximately 45 minutes of runtime on a full charge, depending on the load.

Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your tool.
