3. Setup Guide

3.1 Charging the Earbuds and Case

Before first use, fully charge the earbuds and the charging case. The case features a dual LED display to show the remaining power of the case and the charging progress of each earbud.

• Place the earbuds into the charging case. Ensure they are properly seated.
• Connect the USB-C charging cable to the charging port on the case and to a power source (e.g., USB wall adapter, computer USB port).
• The LED display on the case will indicate charging status. A full charge for the case takes approximately 1.5 hours.
• Earbuds provide up to 10 hours of playtime on a single charge, and the charging case extends total playtime to 50 hours.

3.2 Pairing with Your Device

The Matast B02 earbuds feature one-step pairing for convenience.

1. Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device (smartphone, tablet, laptop, etc.).
2. Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode.
3. On your device, search for Bluetooth devices and select "B02" from the list.

4.1 Wearing the Earbuds

For optimal sound quality and secure fit, choose the ear caps that best fit your ears (S, M, L provided). The flexible ear hooks are designed to snugly and securely fit over your ears, ideal for sports and active use.

• Identify the Left (L) and Right (R) earbuds.
• Gently insert the earbud into your ear canal.

• Answer/End Call: Single tap on either earbud.
• Reject Call: Press and hold on either earbud for 2 seconds.

• Earbuds not charging:

  • Verify the charging contacts on both the earbuds and the case are clean and free of debris.
  • Check if the charging case itself has sufficient battery power.
• Earbuds not pairing/connecting:
  • Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device.
  • Place the earbuds back in the case, close the lid, wait a few seconds, then open it again to re-enter pairing mode.
  • Forget "B02" from your device's Bluetooth settings and try pairing again.
  • Ensure the earbuds are charged.
  • Move closer to your device to ensure you are within the 15-meter Bluetooth range.
• Only one earbud working:
  • Place both earbuds back into the charging case and close the lid.
  • Open the lid and check if both earbuds connect.
  • Ensure both earbuds are charged.
  • Try resetting the earbuds (refer to manufacturer's website or contact support if a specific reset procedure is not in this manual).
• Low volume or poor sound quality:
  • Adjust the volume on both your device and using the earbud touch controls.
  • Ensure the ear tips are clean and properly seated in your ear canal.
  • Try different sized ear caps for a better seal.
