- Always attach plug to appliance first, then plug cord into the wall outlet. To disconnect, turn any control to “off”, then remove plug from wall outlet.
- Do not use appliance for other than intended use.

Control Panel and Display
The smart LED touchscreen allows for easy operation and customization.
- LED Display: Shows time, brewing status, and selected settings.
- Power Button: Turns the machine on/off.
- Program Button: Used to set the 24-hour timer.
- Grind Size/Strength Button: Adjusts coffee strength and grind coarseness.
- Cup Selection Button (2-10): Adjusts the amount of water for brewing 2 to 10 cups.
Setup
Before first use, and for daily operation, follow these steps:
- Unpack and Clean: Remove all packaging materials. Wash the carafe, filter basket, and bean hopper lid with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry. Wipe the exterior of the coffee maker with a damp cloth.
- Place the Machine: Position the coffee maker on a flat, stable, heat-resistant surface near an electrical outlet.
- Fill Water Tank: Open the water tank lid and fill the water tank with fresh, cold water up to the desired cup marking (2-10 cups). Do not exceed the MAX fill line.
- Add Coffee Beans or Grounds:
- For Whole Beans: Open the bean hopper lid and pour whole coffee beans into the hopper. Ensure the hopper is properly closed.
- For Pre-Ground Coffee: Insert a paper cone filter into the filter basket. Add the desired amount of pre-ground coffee into the filter.
- Insert Filter Basket and Carafe: Ensure the filter basket is correctly seated. Place the empty carafe with its lid on the warming plate.

Operating Instructions
Brewing Coffee (Grind & Brew)
- Ensure water is in the tank and whole beans are in the hopper.
- Place a paper cone filter in the filter basket.
- Use the 'Grind Size' knob to select one of the 8 grind settings. Finer settings for stronger coffee, coarser for milder.
- Press the 'Strength' button to choose your desired coffee strength: Mild, Classic, or Rich.
- Press the 'Cup Selection' button to select the number of cups (2-10).
- Press the 'Power' button to start the grinding and brewing process. The machine will grind the beans, then brew the coffee.

Brewing Coffee (Pre-Ground)
- Ensure water is in the tank.
- Insert a paper cone filter into the filter basket and add your desired amount of pre-ground coffee.
- Press the 'Strength' button to choose your desired coffee strength.
- Press the 'Cup Selection' button to select the number of cups (2-10).
- Press the 'Power' button to start the brewing process. The grinder will not activate.
Setting the 24-Hour Timer
Program your coffee maker to start brewing at a specific time.
- Ensure the coffee maker is set up for brewing (water, beans/grounds, filter, carafe in place).
- Press the 'Program' button. The display will show 'PROG'.
- Use the 'Hour' and 'Minute' buttons (often integrated with other controls, refer to specific button icons on your machine) to set the desired start time.
- Once the time is set, press the 'Program' button again to confirm. The display will show the current time and a small clock icon, indicating the timer is active.
- The coffee maker will automatically start brewing at the programmed time.
Keep Warm Function
After brewing, the warming plate will automatically keep your coffee warm for up to 2 hours.

Maintenance
Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your coffee maker.
Daily Cleaning
- Unplug: Always unplug the coffee maker before cleaning and allow it to cool completely.
- Carafe and Filter Basket: Remove the carafe and filter basket. Discard the used coffee grounds and filter. Wash both with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry. These parts may also be top-rack dishwasher safe (check product manual for specific confirmation).
- Exterior: Wipe the exterior surfaces of the coffee maker with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads.
- Warming Plate: Wipe the warming plate with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the unit in water.
Descaling (Monthly or Bi-Monthly)
Mineral deposits from water can build up over time, affecting performance. Descale regularly.
- Fill the water tank with a mixture of white vinegar and water (1:2 ratio, e.g., 1 cup vinegar to 2 cups water).
- Place an empty carafe on the warming plate.
- Run a brewing cycle without coffee grounds.
- After the cycle, let the solution sit in the carafe for 15-20 minutes, then discard.
- Run 2-3 cycles with fresh, clean water to rinse out any remaining vinegar taste.
