1. Introduction

This powerful and versatile appliance is designed for efficient blending in both commercial and home settings, featuring a soundproof cover for reduced noise operation. Please read this manual thoroughly before first use to ensure safe operation and optimal performance.

2. Important Safety Instructions

WARNING: Failure to follow these safety instructions may result in electric shock, fire, or serious injury.

  • Read all instructions before operating the blender.
  • Always unplug the blender from the power outlet before cleaning, assembling, or disassembling parts.
  • Do not immerse the motor base in water or other liquids.
  • Keep hands and utensils out of the container while blending to reduce the risk of severe injury to persons or damage to the blender. A tamper may be used only when the blender is not running.
  • Blades are sharp. Handle with extreme care when cleaning the container.
  • Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug, or after the appliance malfunctions or has been dropped or damaged in any manner.
  • Ensure the lid and soundproof cover are securely in place before operating the blender.
  • Do not blend hot liquids in large quantities as pressure buildup can cause the lid to eject and result in burns.
  • This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.

5. Setup Instructions

  1. Unpack: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Retain packaging for future storage or transport.
  2. Clean: Before first use, wash the blending jar, lid, and tamper with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry. Wipe the motor base with a damp cloth.
  3. Place Motor Base: Position the motor base on a clean, dry, and stable surface. Ensure it is not under a cabinet due to its height (approximately 19.8 inches).
  4. Assemble Jar: Place the blending jar onto the motor base, ensuring it is seated correctly. The jar sensor must align properly for the blender to operate.
  5. Secure Soundproof Cover: Place the soundproof shield cover over the blending jar, ensuring it fits snugly onto the motor base.
  6. Connect Power: Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet.

6. Operating Instructions

  1. Add Ingredients: Place your desired ingredients into the blending jar. Do not exceed the maximum fill line.
  2. Secure Lid and Cover: Place the lid securely on the blending jar, then lower the soundproof shield cover completely. The blender will not operate if the cover is not properly closed.
  3. Select Speed: Use the speed control dial to select your desired blending speed (1-15). Start with a lower speed and gradually increase as needed.
  4. Start Blending: Turn the power switch to the "ON" position. The blender will begin operating at the selected speed.
  5. Pulse Function: For short bursts of power, use the "PULSE" button. Hold it down for as long as desired, then release.
  6. Using the Tamper: If ingredients get stuck, turn off the blender, remove the lid plug, and use the tamper to push ingredients towards the blades. Never use the tamper while the blender is running without the lid plug removed.
  7. Stop Blending: Turn the power switch to the "OFF" position. Wait for the blades to completely stop before removing the soundproof cover or lid.
  8. Pour: Carefully remove the soundproof cover, then the lid, and pour your blended contents.

7. Cleaning and Maintenance

7.1 Self-Cleaning Function

  1. After use, rinse the blending jar.
  2. Fill the jar halfway with warm water and add a drop of dish soap.
  3. Secure the lid and soundproof cover.
  4. Run the blender on a medium speed for 30-60 seconds, or use the "PULSE" function a few times.
  5. Empty the jar, rinse thoroughly, and allow to air dry.

7.2 General Cleaning

  • Motor Base: Unplug the blender. Wipe the motor base with a damp cloth. Do not immerse in water.
  • Blending Jar, Lid, Tamper, To-Go Cup: These parts are dishwasher safe (top rack recommended) or can be hand-washed with warm, soapy water. Handle blades with extreme caution.
  • Soundproof Cover: Wipe with a damp cloth.
  • Ensure all parts are completely dry before reassembling or storing.

8. Troubleshooting

  • Use the tamper (with lid plug removed and blender off) to push ingredients towards the blades.
Loud noise or unusual smell during operation.
  • Overloading the motor.
  • Foreign object in the jar.
  • Motor overheating.
  • Turn off immediately. Reduce ingredients.
  • Unplug and inspect the jar for any foreign objects.
  • Allow the blender to cool down for at least 15-20 minutes.
