Introduction

The MelGeek MADE68 Pro+ is a high-performance wired gaming keyboard featuring Hall Effect magnetic switches. Designed for competitive gaming, it offers adjustable actuation, rapid trigger response, and advanced customization through the HIVE software. Setup

1. Unboxing: Carefully remove the keyboard and all accessories from the packaging.
2. Connect the Keyboard: Plug the provided USB-C cable into the keyboard's USB-C port and the other end into an available USB port on your computer. The keyboard will automatically power on and the RGB lighting will illuminate.
3. Software Installation: For full customization and advanced features, download and install the MelGeek HIVE software from the official MelGeek website. This software allows you to configure key mappings, lighting effects, actuation points, and more.

Operating Instructions

Hall Effect Magnetic Switches & Rapid Trigger

The MADE68 Pro+ utilizes TTC Magneto switches, offering precise and customizable key actuation. The Hall Effect technology eliminates physical contact, reducing wear and enabling advanced features:

• Adjustable Actuation: Customize the actuation point of each key from 0.1mm to 4.0mm (ranges may vary by switch type) to match your preference for typing or gaming.
• Rapid Trigger: This feature allows keys to reset and re-actuate instantly upon release, without needing to return to the full up position. This provides faster, more responsive input, particularly beneficial for competitive gaming scenarios like FPS and MOBA titles.

Dynamic Keystroke (DKS)

DKS allows you to assign up to four different actions to a single key based on how deeply it is pressed. For example, a light press could trigger a walk command, while a deeper press could trigger a run command. This provides granular control over in-game movements and actions.

SnapTap Anti-Jitter

SnapTap ensures that when opposing directional keys (e.g., A and D) are pressed simultaneously, only the last pressed key is registered. This eliminates input conflicts and provides smoother, more accurate movement, preventing unintended jitter or stops.

RGB Lighting

The keyboard features per-key RGB lighting and a customizable RGB lightbox panel. You can adjust colors, effects, and brightness to personalize your setup. Use the HIVE software for extensive lighting customization.

Customization

MelGeek HIVE Software

The HIVE software is your central hub for personalizing the MADE68 Pro+. It allows you to:

• Create and manage multiple keyboard profiles (e.g., Default, Typing, Rapid, E-sports).
• Program macros for complex command sequences.
• Configure Dynamic Keystroke (DKS) and SnapTap settings.
• Adjust RGB lighting effects and colors for both per-key and the lightbox.
• Perform OTA (Over-The-Air) firmware updates for new features and improvements.

Hot-Swappable & Hybrid Switches

The MADE68 Pro+ supports hot-swappable switches, allowing you to easily change switches without soldering. It also offers compatibility with hybrid switches, enabling users to mix and match different brands and types of switches for a unique typing and gaming experience.

Maintenance

• Cleaning: Regularly clean the keyboard with a soft, dry cloth. For deeper cleaning, use a keycap puller to remove keycaps and a can of compressed air to clear debris from beneath the switches.
• Switch Care: If you replace switches, handle them carefully to avoid bending pins. Ensure switches are fully seated when inserting them.
• Cable Management: Avoid sharp bends or excessive tension on the USB-C cable to prevent damage.
