Maintenance

To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your Sekey wagon, follow these maintenance guidelines:

Cleaning: The wagon's fabric is made from durable 600D Oxford material, which is waterproof and resistant to tearing. For general cleaning, wipe down the fabric with a damp cloth and mild soap. Allow it to air dry completely before folding and storing.
Frame Care: The heavy-duty metal frame is designed with an anti-rust coating. Periodically inspect the frame for any signs of wear or damage. Clean any dirt or debris from the frame and joints.
Wheel Maintenance: Keep the wheels free of debris such as sand, mud, or small stones. Regularly check the wheel axles for smooth rotation. If necessary, clean and lubricate moving parts.
Storage: When not in use, fold the wagon and store it in its provided carry bag in a dry, cool place to protect it from extreme weather conditions and prolong its lifespan.

Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues with your Sekey wagon, please refer to the following common solutions:

Wagon not unfolding/folding smoothly: Ensure that the central pull strap is fully engaged or disengaged. Check for any obstructions in the folding mechanism. Apply a small amount of silicone lubricant to moving joints if stiffness persists.
Wheels not rotating freely: Inspect the wheels for trapped debris (sand, small rocks, tangled string). Clean the wheel axles and ensure the brakes are fully disengaged.
Reduced stability: Verify that the wagon is fully extended and locked into place, and that the bottom panel is pressed down flat. Ensure the weight limit of 330 lbs is not exceeded.
