Operating Instructions
Wearing the Helmet
- Grasp the chin straps and pull the helmet onto your head.
- Ensure the helmet sits level on your head, with the top edge of the eyeport just above your eyebrows.
- Fasten the quick-release buckle securely under your chin. Adjust the strap tension so the helmet is snug but comfortable, and cannot be easily rolled off your head.
Visor Operation
- Outer Visor: To open or close the clear outer visor, grasp the tab and pivot it up or down. It can be set in various open positions.
- Inner Sun Visor: Use the inner visor switch (typically a slider or lever on the side of the helmet) to deploy or retract the tinted sun visor. This visor is for daytime use in bright conditions.

- Music/Calls: Use the volume and multi-function buttons on the module to control music playback, answer/end calls, and redial.
Maintenance
Cleaning the Helmet Shell
Clean the exterior with a soft cloth and mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents, which can damage the finish and protective coatings.
Visor Care
Clean visors with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap. Rinse thoroughly and air dry. Do not use harsh chemicals or paper towels, which can scratch the visor surface. For the outer visor, ensure it is compatible with Pinlock inserts if you plan to use one.
Liner Removal and Washing
The helmet features a removable and washable liner. Carefully detach the liner components from the helmet interior. Hand wash with mild soap and cool water, or machine wash on a gentle cycle in a laundry bag. Air dry completely before reinserting into the helmet.
Bluetooth Module Care
Wipe the Bluetooth module with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Ensure the charging port cover is securely closed when not charging to prevent moisture ingress. Do not submerge the module in water.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Bluetooth not turning on/connecting. | Low battery; not in pairing mode; interference. | Charge the battery fully. Ensure the module is in pairing mode. Move away from other electronic devices. Try resetting the module (refer to Bluetooth module specific manual). |
| Helmet feels too tight or too loose. | Incorrect size; chin strap not adjusted. | Verify your head measurement against the size chart. Adjust the quick-release chin strap for a snug fit. If still too tight/loose, consider exchanging for a different size. |
| Visor fogging. | Temperature difference; high humidity. | Ensure vents are open. Consider installing a Pinlock insert on the outer visor (if not already present). Apply anti-fog spray. |
| Chin bar not locking securely. | Obstruction; mechanism issue. | Ensure no debris is obstructing the locking mechanism. Push firmly until it clicks into place. If the issue persists, discontinue use and contact support. |
