Setup Guide
Follow these steps to set up your Arboleaf SP10A Blood Pressure Monitor:
- Charge the Device: Before first use, fully charge the blood pressure monitor using the provided USB Type-C cable. The built-in 2000mAh rechargeable battery can last for weeks on a single charge.
- Connect the Cuff: Locate the cuff connection port on the side of the main unit. Firmly insert the air tube connector from the cuff into this port.
- Download the Arboleaf App: For advanced tracking and data management, download the "Arboleaf" app from your smartphone's app store (available on Apple App Store and Google Play).
- Pair with App (Bluetooth):
1. Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone.

Operating Instructions
Before Taking a Measurement:
- Rest for at least 5 minutes before measurement.
- Avoid eating, drinking, bathing, or exercising for 30 minutes prior.
- Sit upright with your back supported, feet flat on the floor, and legs uncrossed.
- Place your arm on a flat surface so the cuff is at heart level.
Applying the Cuff:
- Slide the cuff onto your upper arm.
- Ensure the lower edge of the cuff is about one inch (2-3 cm) above the elbow.
- The cuff should be tight enough to insert two fingers comfortably between the cuff and your arm.
- The air tube should run down the center of your arm.

Taking a Measurement:
- Press the Start/Stop button (power button) to begin the measurement.
- Remain still and avoid any movement or talking during the measurement process.
- The cuff will inflate and then slowly deflate. The monitor will display your systolic, diastolic, and pulse readings.
- The large color display provides clear results in various lighting conditions.

Dual User Mode:
