Setup & Pairing

1. Charging the Earbuds and Case:

Before first use, fully charge your earbuds and charging case.

• Place the earbuds into the charging case. Ensure they are properly seated.
• Connect the USB-C charging cable to the port on the charging case and the other end to a USB power source.
• The LED indicator on the case will illuminate to show charging status. A green light indicates charging.
• The earbuds provide up to 14 hours of listening time on a single charge, and the charging case extends total playtime to 55 hours.

2. Pairing with Your Device:

The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode when removed from the case.

1. Open the charging case and remove both earbuds.
2. On your device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), go to Bluetooth settings.
3. Select "PureBoom Orbs PRO" from the list of available devices.
4. Once connected, you will hear an audio prompt confirming successful pairing.
5. The earbuds will automatically reconnect to the last paired device when removed from the case.

Operating Instructions

Wearing the Earbuds:

Choose the ear tips that provide the most comfortable and secure fit for optimal sound quality and noise cancellation.

• Gently insert each earbud into your ear canal.
• Twist slightly to ensure a snug and comfortable fit.

Listening Modes:

The PureBoom Orbs PRO offers three distinct listening modes:

• Active Noise Cancellation (ANC): Reduces unwanted external and environmental noise for an isolated listening experience.
• Pass-Through Mode: Allows outside sound in, enabling you to hear and interact with your surroundings without removing your earbuds.
• Normal Mode: Provides a standard audio experience without active noise control.

Tap Touch Controls:

Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues, try the following steps:

• No Sound: Ensure earbuds are charged, properly paired, and volume is up on both the earbuds and your device.
• Pairing Issues: Turn off Bluetooth on your device, then turn it back on. Reset the earbuds by placing them in the case, closing it for 5 seconds, and then reopening.
• Poor Call Quality: Ensure earbuds are clean and there are no obstructions to the microphones. Check for strong Bluetooth signal.
• Earbuds Not Charging: Verify the charging cable is securely connected and the power source is active. Clean charging contacts on earbuds and case.
