Setup

1. Connect Power: Insert the provided USB-C to USB-C cable into the charging station's input port and connect the other end to the 30W Fast Charger adapter. Plug the adapter into a wall outlet.
2. Initial Power-On: The charging station will illuminate briefly upon power connection. The LED light at the base will turn off 10 seconds after power connection and upgrade, indicating it's ready for use.
3. Prepare Docks:
   • For AirPods: Press the button on the left side of the station to extend the AirPods charging dock.
   • For Apple Watch: Press the button on the right side of the station to extend the Apple Watch charging dock.

Operating Instructions

Charging Your iPhone:

1. Ensure your iPhone is MagSafe compatible (iPhone 12 series or later) or uses a MagSafe-compatible case.
2. Place your iPhone onto the central magnetic charging pad. The phone will snap into place securely.
3. The charging pad will automatically rotate to your preferred viewing angle. You can also gently touch the pad to initiate rotation for portrait or landscape viewing. Note: Do not manually force the rotation, as this may damage the internal mechanism.
4. The LED indicator at the base will briefly illuminate to confirm charging has begun.

Charging Your Apple Watch:

1. Ensure the Apple Watch charging dock is extended (press the right button if it's retracted).
2. Place your Apple Watch onto the charging puck on the extended dock.
3. Confirm that the watch is properly aligned and charging has initiated.

Charging Your AirPods:

1. Ensure the AirPods charging dock is extended (press the left button if it's retracted).
2. Place your AirPods case onto the charging pad on the extended dock.
3. Confirm that the AirPods case is properly aligned and charging has initiated.

Maintenance

• Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe down the charging station. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents.
• Storage: When not in use, retract the AirPods and Apple Watch docks to protect them and maintain the compact form factor.
• Cable Care: Ensure the USB-C cable is not bent sharply or placed under heavy objects to prevent damage.

Troubleshooting

Device not charging:

• Ensure the charging station is properly connected to the 30W adapter and a working power outlet.
• Verify that your device (iPhone, Apple Watch, AirPods) is correctly aligned on its respective charging area.
• For iPhone, ensure it is MagSafe compatible or using a MagSafe-compatible case.
• Check if the charging cable or adapter is damaged. Try using a different cable or adapter if available.
• Restart the charging station by unplugging and re-plugging the power cable.

Slow charging speed:

• Ensure you are using the provided 30W Fast Charger adapter and USB-C cable for optimal performance.
• Remove any thick cases from your iPhone that might interfere with wireless charging efficiency.
• Avoid placing metal objects or foreign materials between your device and the charging pad.

Phone charging area not rotating or docks not popping up:

• Ensure the charging station is powered on.
• Gently touch the phone charging area to activate rotation. Do not force it manually.
• Press the respective buttons firmly to activate the AirPods and Apple Watch docks.
• If the issue persists, try power cycling the device.

LED indicator not working as expected:

• The LED light at the base is designed to turn off 10 seconds after power connection and upgrade to avoid disturbing sleep. This is normal operation.
