Setup
Charging the Earbuds and Charging Case
Before first use, fully charge both the earbuds and the charging case.
- Place the earbuds into the charging case. Ensure they are correctly seated in their respective slots (L for left, R for right).
- Connect the USB-C charging cable to the charging port on the case and the other end to a USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port.
- The indicator lights on the charging case will show the charging status. Once fully charged, the lights will indicate completion or turn off.
- A full charge for the case takes approximately 1.5 hours.

Pairing with Your Device
Follow these steps for initial pairing:
- Ensure the earbuds are charged.
- Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically power on and enter pairing mode.
- On your smartphone or Bluetooth-enabled device, go to Bluetooth settings and turn Bluetooth on.
- Search for available devices. Select "BUGANI B09" from the list.
- Once connected, you will hear a confirmation tone, and the earbuds' indicator lights will change.
- For subsequent uses, the earbuds will automatically connect to the last paired device when taken out of the case.

- Ear Tips: Remove and clean the ear tips periodically with a damp cloth. Ensure they are completely dry before reattaching.
- Charging Port: Keep the USB-C charging port free of dust and debris.
- Storage: When not in use, store the earbuds in their charging case to protect them from dust and damage.
- Avoid Extreme Conditions: Do not expose the earbuds to extreme temperatures, high humidity, or direct sunlight for prolonged periods.
- Water Exposure: While IPX6 water-resistant, avoid submerging the earbuds in water. Dry them thoroughly if they get wet from sweat or splashes.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues with your BUGANI earbuds, try the following solutions:
- Earbuds not pairing:
- Ensure both earbuds are charged.
- Turn off Bluetooth on your device, then turn it back on.
- Forget/delete "BUGANI B09" from your device's Bluetooth list and try pairing again.
- Perform a factory reset on the earbuds (refer to 'Reset' in Touch Controls section).
- Only one earbud working:
- Place both earbuds back into the charging case, close the lid, wait a few seconds, then take them out again.
- Ensure both earbuds are charged.

- No sound or low volume:
