Setup

Charging

Before first use, fully charge your NexaEase A11 Portable Blender. Connect the provided USB-C cable to the charging port on the motor base and plug the other end into a compatible USB power source. The indicator light will show charging status.

Assembly

To assemble the blender, align the blender cup with the motor base and twist clockwise until it is securely locked. The indicator light on the motor base will turn green when properly assembled and ready for use. If the light is red, the cup is not correctly attached.

Operating Instructions

Adding Ingredients

Add your desired ingredients to the blender cup. Ensure that ingredients are cut into small pieces (approximately 1 inch) and do not exceed the 'MAX FILL' line indicated on the cup. For optimal blending, add liquids first, followed by soft ingredients, and finally frozen fruits or ice.

Blending

Once ingredients are added and the lid is securely fastened, double-click the power button on the motor base to start blending. The blender features an auto-switch blend and pulse mode, which automatically alternates between 10-second blend and pulse cycles for 30 seconds to ensure thorough mixing.

Drinking

After blending, open the travel lid to drink directly from the bottle. For added convenience, you can remove the motor base and attach the included bottom cap to transform your blender cup into a portable drinking bottle.

Maintenance and Cleaning

Cleaning the Blender Cup and Lid

The blender cup and lid are dishwasher safe for easy cleaning. For manual cleaning, add water and a small amount of dish soap to the cup, then double-click the power button to run a short blending cycle. Rinse thoroughly with clean water.

Cleaning the Motor Base

Wipe the motor base with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the motor base in water or any other liquid, as this can damage the electronic components.

Troubleshooting

Blender Not Starting

• Check Assembly: Ensure the blender cup is securely twisted onto the motor base. The indicator light should be green. If red, re-align and twist until the light turns green.
• Battery Level: Check the battery level. If low, recharge the blender using the provided USB-C cable.
• Activation: Double-click the power button to activate the blending cycle. A single click will only show the battery level.

Ingredients Not Blending Properly

• Ingredient Size: Ensure all ingredients, especially frozen fruits and ice, are cut into small pieces (approx. 1 inch or smaller).
• Overfilling: Do not overfill the blender cup beyond the 'MAX FILL' line. This can prevent proper blade rotation.
• Liquid Content: Add sufficient liquid to ensure ingredients can circulate freely around the blades.
• Assistance: For tough ingredients, gently shake the blender during operation or use the pulse mode to dislodge items from the blades.
