3. Setup

3.1 Assembling the Blender

1. Place the 1500-Watt Motor Base on a clean, dry, and level surface.
2. Align the 72OZ PerfectPour™ Jar or 24OZ Personal Blending Jar with the motor base.
3. Twist the jar clockwise until it locks securely into place. The system will detect the attached jar.
4. For the 72OZ jar, ensure the Six-Tip Turbo Crush Blade is properly seated inside the jar before attaching the lid. For the 24OZ personal jar, attach the personal blending lid with the blade assembly.
5. Secure the appropriate lid onto the jar. For the 72OZ jar, ensure the lid handle is fully engaged to lock.

3.2 Assembling the Food Processor

1. Place the 1500-Watt Motor Base on a clean, dry, and level surface.
2. Insert the food processor spindle into the motor base.
3. Select the desired Dicing Blade, Dicing Disc, Julienne Disc, or Shredding/Slicing Disc and place it onto the spindle.
4. Attach the Food Processor Lid, ensuring it locks securely into place.
5. Use the Food Processor Pusher to guide ingredients through the feed chute.

4. Operating Instructions

The PowerXL SensiMax Blending Kitchen System features Smart Sensing Technology and intuitive controls for effortless operation.

4.1 Smart Sensing Technology

The system automatically detects fresh or frozen ingredients within 5 seconds and adjusts power and speed for optimal consistency. This hands-free blending ensures perfect results for smoothies, frozen drinks, dips, purées, soups, and shakes.

4.2 Smart Sensing Functions

Select from three pre-programmed Smart Sensing Functions:

• Ice Crush: For perfectly crushed ice.
• Smoothie: For smooth and creamy beverages.
• Chop: For precise chopping of ingredients.

4.3 10-Speed Control

For manual control, use the 10-speed dial to achieve your desired consistency. This allows for fine-tuning of blending, slicing, grating, shredding, dicing, and puréeing tasks.

4.4 Using the Personal Blending Jar

The 24OZ Personal Blending Jar is designed for smaller batches and on-the-go convenience. Simply add ingredients, attach the personal blending lid with blade assembly, twist onto the motor base, and select your desired function or speed.

5. Maintenance and Cleaning

5.1 Cleaning Instructions

• Always unplug the motor base before cleaning.
• The 72OZ PerfectPour™ Jar, 24OZ Personal Blending Jar, and Six-Tip Turbo Crush Blade are all dishwasher safe. Place them on the top rack of your dishwasher.
• For manual cleaning, wash components with warm, soapy water using a non-abrasive cloth or sponge. Rinse thoroughly.
• Wipe the motor base with a clean, damp cloth. Do not immerse the motor base in water or any other liquid.
• Handle all blades and discs with extreme care as they are very sharp.

• Appliance does not turn on: Ensure the unit is properly plugged into a working electrical outlet. Check that the jar and lid are securely locked into place. The Smart Sensing Technology requires proper assembly to activate.
• Ingredients are not blending/processing: Ensure there is enough liquid in the jar. If ingredients are too thick, add more liquid. Use the pulse function or increase the speed setting. For food processing, ensure ingredients are cut into appropriate sizes for the feed chute.
• Motor stops during operation: The system may have overheated due to overloading. Unplug the unit and allow it to cool down for at least 15-20 minutes before attempting to use it again. Reduce the amount of ingredients or add more liquid.
