Control Panel Functions:

4. Setup and First Use

4.1 Unpacking and Placement

1. Carefully remove the appliance from its packaging. Retain packaging materials for future transport if needed.
2. Place the unit on a firm, level surface. Ensure there is adequate space around the unit for proper ventilation (at least 5 inches on all sides).
3. Before plugging in, allow the unit to stand upright for at least 2-4 hours. This allows the refrigerant to settle.

4.2 Water Supply

The appliance offers two methods for water supply:

• Manual Refill: Open the top lid and pour potable water directly into the 6L water tank until the "ADD WATER" indicator turns off.
• Automatic Refill (External Water Source): Connect a PE hose (included) to a potable water line. Ensure the connection is secure to prevent leaks. The unit will automatically draw water as needed.

4.3 Initial Cleaning

Before first use, it is recommended to perform a self-cleaning cycle and discard the first few batches of ice.

1. Ensure the drain plug under the unit is tightly secured.
2. Fill the water tank with potable water.
3. In standby mode, press and hold the "ICE WATER" button for 5 seconds to start the self-cleaning cycle.
4. The indicator lights will flash alternately during the approximately 5-minute cycle.
5. After cleaning, remove the drain plug to empty the water, dry the plug, and reinsert it securely.
6. Run the ice maker for a few cycles and discard the first two batches of ice to ensure optimal taste.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Making Bullet Ice

1. Ensure the unit is powered on and the water tank is filled.
2. Press the "ICE CUBES" button. The unit will begin the ice-making process.
3. Approximately 12 bullet-shaped ice cubes will be produced in 6 minutes.
4. The "ICE FULL" indicator will light up when the ice storage bin is full.

5.2 Making Crushed Ice

1. Ensure bullet ice has been made and is available in the ice storage bin.
2. Place a glass or container under the ice dispenser.
3. Press the "CRUSH ICE" button. The unit will crush the bullet ice and dispense it.

5.3 Dispensing Cold Water

1. Ensure the unit is powered on and the water tank is filled.
2. Place a glass or container under the water dispenser nozzle.
3. Press the "ICE WATER" button to dispense cold water (approximately 39.2°F).

6.1 Self-Cleaning Function

Regular use of the self-cleaning function helps maintain hygiene and ice quality.
