5. Setup & Assembly
Follow the detailed step-by-step instructions provided in the separate assembly manual included with your product. Below are general guidelines and key points.
5.1 Preparation
- Clear a spacious area for assembly.
- Lay out all components and hardware.
- Ensure you have the necessary tools (usually included in the accessories bag).
5.2 Frame Assembly
Assemble the main bed frame structure first, ensuring all connections are secure. The frame is constructed from metal and wood for stability.

5.3 Hydraulic Lifting Mechanism Installation
Install the hydraulic lifting mechanism carefully. This system allows for easy access to the under-bed storage. Ensure the lift-up handles are correctly attached.

5.4 Slat Installation
Place the thickened wooden slats across the frame. The anti-slip device and noise-avoiding EVA mute bar ensure stability and quiet operation.

5.5 Headboard Assembly and Feature Integration
Attach the upholstered wingback headboard. The headboard is adjustable in height to accommodate different mattress thicknesses (8-12 inches recommended). Integrate the charging station and reading lights as per the assembly guide.

6. Operating Instructions
6.1 Using the Lift-Up Storage
To access the under-bed storage, firmly grasp the lift-up handles located at the foot of the bed. Gently lift the mattress platform upwards. The hydraulic mechanism will assist in holding the platform in an open position. To close, gently push the platform down until it locks into place.

6.2 Using the Charging Station
The headboard is equipped with two USB ports (5V/2.1A) for charging mobile devices. Connect your device's USB cable to the ports located on the headboard. Ensure the bed frame is connected to a power source.
6.3 Operating the Reading Lights
The integrated reading lights feature a 360° swivel gooseneck for directional lighting. They offer three color temperatures (2700K Warm Light, 5000K Warm-White Light, 6000K White Light) and adjustable brightness. Use the controls on the light fixture to cycle through settings and adjust intensity.

6.4 Adjusting the Headboard Height
The wingback headboard is adjustable to accommodate mattresses of varying heights. Refer to your assembly manual for specific instructions on how to adjust the headboard to your preferred height.
7. Maintenance
- Cleaning: For the upholstered fabric, gently spot clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Avoid harsh chemicals. For metal and wood parts, wipe with a dry or slightly damp cloth.
- Hardware Check: Periodically check all bolts, screws, and connections to ensure they are tight. Re-tighten as necessary to maintain stability.
- Hydraulic System: The hydraulic mechanism is designed for long-term use. If you notice any issues with lifting or lowering, ensure no obstructions are present. Do not attempt to disassemble the hydraulic cylinders.
8. Troubleshooting
- Bed Frame Squeaks: Check all bolts and connections for tightness. Ensure the wooden slats are properly seated and the EVA mute bar is in place.
- Hydraulic Lift Not Working Smoothly: Ensure the mattress is evenly distributed on the platform. Check for any obstructions in the lifting mechanism. If the issue persists, contact customer support.
- Charging Station Not Working: Verify that the bed frame's power cord is securely plugged into a working electrical outlet. Check the USB cables for damage.
- Reading Light Not Functioning: Ensure the power connection for the lights is secure. Check if the light bulb needs replacement (if applicable and accessible) or if there's an issue with the power supply.
