• Avoid installing the camera in corners, against three-sided walls, or earthquake-resistant walls, as these can interfere with WiFi signals.
• Maintain a distance of less than 15 meters between the camera and your WiFi router.
• Ensure there are no large electronic devices (e.g., TVs, refrigerators, microwave ovens) between the camera and the router, as they can cause signal interference.
• If the WiFi signal is unstable, try disconnecting other devices, restarting your router, and positioning the camera within 5 meters of the router to check for signal improvement.

3.2 Physical Installation

Follow these steps to physically install your camera:

1. Mark Mounting Points: Use the mounting bracket as a template to mark the screw positions on your desired installation surface.
2. Drill Holes: Drill holes at the marked positions.
3. Insert Wall Plugs: Gently tap the wall plugs into the drilled holes.

3.3 Initial Power-On and Self-Test

Upon connecting the power, the security camera will light up once. Simultaneously, the PTZ head will automatically rotate left, right, up, and down to test its functionality. This is a normal phenomenon, and no need to worry.
