4.2 Grill Body and Side Panels

  1. Remove protective accessories (33, 34, 35) from the grill body before installation. The removed screws may be needed later.
  2. Before installing the grill body, pass the ignition needle and the hose through the right frame.
  3. Install the grill body onto the two frames using 4 AA screws.
  4. Insert the previously fixed DD screws into the hole at the bottom of the doors. Adjust the CC screw into the hole at the top of the doors. Adjust caster height if doors don't line up.
  5. Install the door handles to the doors with 4 GG spacers and 4 EE screws.
  6. Preattach 2 AA screws to the left front panel (do not tighten). Assemble the left table and left front panel together, then tighten the screws.
  7. Preattach 2 AA screws to the right front panel (do not tighten). Assemble the right burner table and right front panel together, then tighten the screws.

4.3 Final Touches

  1. Preattach a BB screw to the left hole (near the bellows side) on the valve of the hose (do not tighten). Align the knob base with the big hole of the right front panel from the front. Stick the valve out from the back of the right front panel. Make sure the pre-attached BB screw is aligned with the small semicircular holes on both the left of the right front panel and the knob base. Then pass 1 BB screw through the small round holes on both the right of the right front panel and the knob base, and tighten the 2 BB screws to fix the valve and knob base together.
  2. Align knob with the valve and insert into valve.
  3. Insert the side burner into the middle of the right burner table from the top down. Put the tail of the side burner over the valve of the hose. Then fix the side burner to the right burner table with 2 BB screws from below. Place the ignition needle through the round hole on the right burner table from the bottom up. Then adjust the direction and place an FF screw through the other round hole to fix the ignition needle to the right burner table.
  4. Fix the top of the bottle opener to the left front panel with 1 FF screw. Insert 1 FF screw through the fire rod and fix the fire rod to the bottom of the bottle opener.
  5. Remove the 2 AA screws and 2 adiabatic spacers pre-installed on the lid handle. Then install the lid handle and adiabatic spacers on the grill body with the 2 AA screws from the inside of the grill body.
  6. Install the temperature dial on the top of the grill body with the spacer and the butterfly screw (included in the temperature dial kit).

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Lighting the Burners

  1. Ensure the propane tank valve is open.
  2. Open the grill lid.
  3. To ignite the burners, hold down and turn the gas control knob anticlockwise to ensure gas is released. Then press the ignition button for 3 to 4 seconds.
  4. Observe the flame through the round hole on the side of the grill body.

5.2 Using the Side Burner

The side burner is ideal for simmering sauces, boiling water, or preparing side dishes. Follow the same lighting procedure as the main burners. The side burner has a 10,000 BTU output.

5.3 Temperature Control

Use the individual adjustable knobs for each burner to control the heat. The built-in thermometer on the lid provides precise temperature monitoring for optimal grilling results.

5.4 Warming Rack

Utilize the porcelain-enameled warming rack (145 sq. in.) to keep cooked food warm or to gently toast buns.

6. Maintenance and Care

6.1 Cleaning

  • Grill Racks: The porcelain-enameled grill racks are thick and easy to clean. Allow them to cool, then clean with a grill brush and soapy water.
  • Oil Residue Tray: The removable food residue tray has uniquely designed grooves to effectively collect oil and residue. Simply remove the tray for quick and easy cleaning.
  • Exterior: Wipe stainless steel surfaces with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Avoid abrasive cleaners.

6.2 Storage and Movement

The propane gas grill is equipped with four directional casters and a brake system to ensure stability. For easy movement, unlock the casters. When stationary, engage the brake system to keep the grill securely in place. Store the grill in a dry, protected area when not in use.

7. Troubleshooting

  • Burner Fails to Light: Check propane tank level, ensure gas valve is fully open, and verify the igniter battery is correctly installed and functional.
  • Uneven Heat: Ensure all burners are clean and free of debris. Check for proper gas flow to each burner.
  • Gas Leakage: Immediately turn off the gas supply. Do not operate the grill. Perform a soapy water leak test on all connections. If a leak is detected, do not use the grill until it is repaired by a qualified technician.
  • Low Flame: Check propane tank level. Ensure the regulator is properly connected and not in bypass mode.
