Setup

Operating Instructions

Control Panel Functions:

• Power Button: Turns the dispenser on/off.
• Temperature Selection Buttons: Allows selection of desired water temperature (e.g., 45°C, 60°C, 80°C, 100°C).
• Dispense Button: Activates water dispensing.
• Child Lock Button: Engages/disengages the child safety lock.
• Display Screen: Shows current water temperature, selected settings, and status indicators.

Dispensing Hot Water:

1. Ensure the water tank is filled to an appropriate level.
2. Press the Power Button to turn on the dispenser.
3. Use the Temperature Selection Buttons to choose your desired water temperature. The display will show the selected temperature.
4. Wait for the water to reach the selected temperature. The display will indicate when the target temperature is reached.
5. Place a cup or container under the dispensing spout.
6. If the child lock is active, press the Child Lock Button to deactivate it.
7. Press and hold the Dispense Button to release hot water. Release the button to stop dispensing.

Child Lock Feature:

The child lock feature prevents accidental dispensing of hot water. To activate or deactivate, press and hold the Child Lock Button for approximately 3 seconds. An indicator on the display will confirm the lock status.

Maintenance and Cleaning

Regular cleaning and maintenance will ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your hot water dispenser.

Daily Cleaning:

• Always unplug the appliance and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
• Wipe the exterior of the dispenser with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
• Clean the dispensing spout regularly to prevent mineral buildup.

Descaling (Monthly or as needed):

Mineral deposits (limescale) can build up inside the water tank and heating element, affecting performance. Descale the appliance regularly, especially in areas with hard water.

1. Unplug the dispenser and empty any remaining water.
2. Prepare a descaling solution. You can use a commercial descaling agent designed for kettles/water dispensers, or a mixture of white vinegar and water (e.g., 1 part vinegar to 2 parts water).
3. Pour the descaling solution into the water tank up to the maximum fill line.
4. Allow the solution to soak for 30-60 minutes (or as per descaling agent instructions). For heavy buildup, you may need to heat the solution briefly (do not boil vinegar solution).
5. Dispense a small amount of the solution to clean the spout, then discard the remaining solution.
6. Rinse the tank thoroughly several times with fresh water to remove all traces of the descaling solution. Run 2-3 cycles with fresh water, dispensing all water each time, to ensure no residue remains.
