2. Safety Information
Always prioritize safety when working on your motorcycle. Improper installation or maintenance can lead to component failure, loss of control, and serious injury. If you are unsure about any step, consult a qualified mechanic.
- Ensure the motorcycle is stable and securely supported before beginning any work.
- Wear appropriate personal protective equipment, including gloves and eye protection.
- Use the correct tools for each step.
- Do not overtighten fasteners, as this can strip threads or damage components. Refer to your motorcycle's service manual for specific torque specifications if available.
- After installation, always check that all components are securely fastened and function correctly before riding.
3. Package Contents
Verify that all components are present and undamaged before proceeding with installation.
- NICECNC 57mm Foot Pegs (Left and Right)

4. Installation
The NICECNC foot pegs are designed for easy installation using existing hardware. Follow these steps carefully:
- Preparation: Park your motorcycle on a stable, level surface. Ensure the engine is off and cool.
- Remove Old Foot Pegs: Locate the pivot pin and retaining clip or cotter pin on your existing foot pegs. Carefully remove the retaining clip/cotter pin, then slide out the pivot pin. Remove the old foot peg and spring. Note the orientation of the spring for reinstallation.
- Install New Spring: Place the new foot peg spring into the foot peg mount on the motorcycle frame, ensuring it is correctly seated.
- Position New Foot Peg: Align the NICECNC foot peg with the mount, ensuring the spring engages correctly with the foot peg.
- Insert Pivot Pin: Slide the original pivot pin through the foot peg and mount, securing the foot peg in place.
- Secure Retaining Clip: Reinstall the retaining clip or cotter pin to prevent the pivot pin from sliding out. Bend the cotter pin ends if applicable.
- Repeat for Other Side: Follow the same steps to install the foot peg on the opposite side of the motorcycle.
- Final Check: Wiggle both foot pegs to ensure they are securely installed and pivot freely without excessive play. Ensure the springs return the pegs to their upright position.

5. Operation
The NICECNC 57mm Foot Pegs are designed to provide superior grip and stability during riding. The wider platform distributes pressure more evenly across your foot, reducing fatigue and improving control. The sharp, replaceable stainless steel teeth ensure maximum traction in various riding conditions, while the large cut-out design helps minimize mud and dirt build-up.

- Cleaning: After each ride, especially in muddy or dirty conditions, clean the foot pegs with water and a mild detergent. Remove any accumulated dirt or debris from the teeth and pivot area.
- Inspection: Periodically inspect the foot pegs for signs of wear, damage, or loose components. Check the tightness of the pivot pin and the condition of the retaining clip.
- Teeth Replacement: The stainless steel teeth are replaceable. If teeth become excessively worn or damaged, they can be removed and replaced using the spare teeth provided. Use a small hex key or appropriate tool to unscrew and replace individual teeth.
- Lubrication: Occasionally apply a small amount of grease to the pivot pin to ensure smooth movement and prevent corrosion.
