1. Introduction

This manual provides detailed instructions for the assembly, operation, and maintenance of your VanAcc Solid Wooden Platform Bed Frame. Please read all instructions carefully before beginning assembly and retain this manual for future reference.

The VanAcc Solid Wooden Platform Bed Frame features a grille headboard, wood slat support, and is designed for use without a box spring. It is constructed from high-quality pine wood, offering durability and a modern aesthetic.

2. Safety Information

  • Maximum Weight Capacity: This bed frame is designed to support a maximum weight of 1000 lbs (including mattress and occupants). Do not exceed this limit.
  • Always follow assembly instructions precisely to prevent instability or collapse.
  • Ensure all bolts and screws are securely tightened before use. Periodically check and re-tighten as necessary.

4. Setup and Assembly Instructions

Assembly typically takes approximately 40 minutes. It is recommended to have two people for assembly.

  2. Assemble the Headboard and Footboard: Attach the headboard legs to the headboard panel using the specified hardware. Repeat for the footboard.

  4. Install Center Support: Place the center support beam(s) and attach any necessary support legs. Secure them to the frame as indicated in your specific assembly guide.
  5. Place Wood Slats: Lay the wood slats across the side rails. The slats are designed with EVA sponges and secured with Velcro to prevent noise and provide a stable foundation. Ensure each slat is properly spaced and secured.
  6. Final Tightening: Once all components are in place, go back and securely tighten all bolts and screws. Do not overtighten.

5. Operating Instructions

Once assembled, the bed frame is ready for use.

  • Mattress Placement: Place your mattress directly onto the wood slats. A box spring is not required.
  • Recommended Mattress Height: The bed frame is compatible with mattresses between 10 and 15 inches in height.
  • Under-Bed Storage: The frame provides approximately 7 inches of clearance for under-bed storage.
