Before first use, it is recommended to fully charge your OHOVIV 50000mAh Portable Power Bank to 100%. This ensures optimal battery performance and accuracy of the LED display.

1. Connect the provided USB-C cable to the USB-C input port on the power bank.
2. Connect the other end of the USB-C cable to a compatible USB wall adapter (not included). For fastest charging of the power bank, use an 18W or higher PD (Power Delivery) compatible adapter.
3. The LED display will show the charging progress. Once it reaches 100%, the power bank is fully charged and ready for use.

Alternatively, you can use a Micro USB cable and a compatible adapter to charge the power bank via the Micro input port.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1 Powering On/Off

To check the battery level or activate the output ports, simply press the power button located on the side of the power bank. The LED display will illuminate, showing the current battery percentage. The power bank will automatically turn off after a period of inactivity to conserve power.

6.2 Charging Your Devices

To charge your mobile devices:

1. Connect your device's charging cable to one of the available output ports (USB-A or USB-C) on the power bank.
2. Connect the other end of the cable to your device.
3. The power bank will automatically begin charging your device. The LED display will show the remaining battery percentage.

6.3 Fast Charging Mode

The OHOVIV 50000mAh Power Bank supports 22.5W fast charging via its USB-C and USB-A output ports. For fast charging to activate:

• Ensure your device and charging cable support fast charging protocols (e.g., Power Delivery (PD) for USB-C, Quick Charge (QC) for USB-A).
• When fast charging is active, the LED display on the power bank will show "FAST" alongside the battery percentage.

Note: Fast charging may not activate if your device's battery level is already high (e.g., above 80%), as devices typically reduce charging speed to protect the battery as it approaches full capacity.

7. Maintenance

• Store the power bank in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
• Avoid dropping or subjecting the power bank to strong impacts.
• Clean the surface with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
• If the power bank will not be used for an extended period, charge it to approximately 50-70% every three months to maintain battery health.

8. Troubleshooting

8.1 Power Bank Not Charging

• Ensure the charging cable is securely connected to both the power bank's input port and the wall adapter.
• Verify that the wall adapter is functioning correctly and plugged into a live power outlet.
• Try using a different charging cable or wall adapter.
• If the power bank's display shows 0% and it's not responding, try the restart procedure below.

8.2 Devices Not Charging from Power Bank

• Ensure the power bank has sufficient charge (check the LED display).
• Verify that the charging cable is securely connected to both the power bank's output port and your device.
• Try using a different output port on the power bank.
• Test with a different charging cable or device to rule out cable/device issues.

8.3 Slow Charging

• Ensure both your device and the charging cable support fast charging protocols.
• Check if the "FAST" indicator is displayed on the power bank's LED screen. If not, refer to section 6.3.
• Charging multiple devices simultaneously may reduce the charging speed for individual devices.

8.4 Restarting the Power Bank

If the power bank becomes unresponsive or exhibits unusual behavior, a restart may resolve the issue:

1. Use the power bank to charge a device until the power bank's battery is completely depleted (0%).
2. Fully recharge the power bank to 100% using a compatible fast charging cable and adapter.
