2. Setup and Installation

Proper setup is crucial for optimal performance and safety. Follow these steps carefully.

2.1 Unpacking and Placement

• Carefully remove all packaging materials.
• Place the dispenser on a stable, level surface near a water source and a grounded electrical outlet. Ensure adequate ventilation around the unit.
• Install the included drip tray beneath the faucet. The drip tray is removable for easy cleaning.

2.2 Water Connection

• Connect the provided water inlet hose to the designated water connection port at the rear of the dispenser.
• Connect the other end of the hose to your water supply line. Ensure all connections are secure to prevent leaks.

2.3 Power Connection

• Plug the power cord into a grounded 110V-120V electrical outlet.
• The unit will automatically begin to fill with water and initiate the heating process.

3.1 Control Panel Overview

• "UP" (+) Button: Increases the target temperature.

3.2 Setting Temperature

• Press the "ON/OFF" button to power on the dispenser.
• Use the "UP" (+) and "DOWN" (-) buttons to set your desired water temperature between 32°F (0°C) and 212°F (100°C).
• The dispenser will automatically heat the water to the set temperature and maintain it.

3.3 Dispensing Hot Water

• Place your cup or container under the faucet.
• Push the faucet lever down to dispense hot water. Release the lever to stop the flow.

4.1 Cleaning the Exterior

• Wipe the 201 stainless steel exterior with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or scouring pads that could scratch the surface.

4.2 Cleaning the Drip Tray

• The drip tray is removable for easy cleaning. Simply slide it out, empty any collected water, and wash it with mild soap and water.
• Ensure the drip tray is completely dry before reinserting it.

4.3 Internal Cleaning (Descaling)

• Periodically descaling the internal tank is recommended to prevent mineral buildup, especially in hard water areas.
• Consult a professional or refer to specialized descaling instructions for commercial water boilers.
