4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Taking a Measurement

For accurate body composition measurements, follow these steps:

  1. Place the scale on a hard, flat surface. Avoid carpets or uneven flooring.
  2. Step onto the scale barefoot, ensuring your feet are dry and positioned on the four electrode pads.
