3.2 Assembly Steps
- Prepare the Base: Invert the top cover (red panel) and attach the side panels using the M6 screws and nuts. Ensure all connections are secure.
- Install Dividers: Attach the bottom crossbar to the side panels. Then, insert the vertical divider panels into the designated slots on the base and secure them with screws.
- Add Support Bars: Install the horizontal support bars across the top and middle sections of the frame, securing them to the vertical dividers and side panels.
- Attach Roof: Place the red roof panel onto the assembled frame and secure it with screws.
- Assemble Nesting Trays: For each nesting compartment, attach the red plastic cover to the black plastic tray. Ensure the cover snaps securely into place.
- Insert Trays: Slide the assembled nesting trays into each compartment of the metal frame. The inclined design will guide eggs to the front collection area.
- Mounting (Optional): If desired, use the pre-drilled holes on the back of the nest box to mount it to a wall using the provided M5 self-tapping screws and expansion sleeves. Ensure the mounting surface is sturdy enough to support the weight of the nest box and its contents.
