Setup
- Unpacking: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Retain the packaging for future storage or transport.
- Initial Cleaning: Before first use, wash all removable parts (portafilter, basket, doser, tamper, cup) with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely. Wipe the main unit with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the main unit in water.
- Charging: Ensure the OutIn Nano is fully charged before first use. Connect the charging cable to the machine and a compatible power source. The indicator lights will show charging status.
- Water Reservoir: Fill the water reservoir with clean, potable water. The machine has a capacity of up to 80ml.
Operating Instructions
Preparing Espresso with Ground Coffee:
- Grind Coffee: Use finely ground espresso coffee.
- Fill Basket: Place the ground coffee filter into the basket. Add the desired amount of ground coffee into the filter.
- Tamp: Use the tamper to press the coffee grounds firmly and evenly.
- Assemble Portafilter: Attach the basket with tamped coffee to the portafilter.
- Attach to Machine: Securely screw the assembled portafilter onto the bottom of the OutIn Nano machine.
- Add Water: Fill the water reservoir with hot or cold water, depending on your desired espresso temperature. The machine can heat water if cold water is used.
- Brew: Place a cup (the machine's lid can be used as a cup) under the portafilter. Press the power button to begin brewing. The machine will automatically stop when the brewing cycle is complete.
Preparing Espresso with Capsules:
- Insert Capsule: Open the capsule compartment and insert a compatible coffee capsule.
- Close Compartment: Securely close the capsule compartment.
- Attach to Machine: Securely screw the capsule adapter onto the bottom of the OutIn Nano machine.
- Add Water: Fill the water reservoir with hot or cold water.
- Brew: Place a cup under the machine. Press the power button to begin brewing.

Maintenance & Cleaning
Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and longevity of your OutIn Nano machine.
- After Each Use:
- Remove the portafilter/capsule adapter and discard used coffee grounds or capsule.
- Rinse the portafilter, basket, doser, tamper, and cup with warm water.
- Wipe the exterior of the machine with a damp cloth.
- Deep Cleaning (Weekly/Bi-weekly):
- Disassemble all removable parts.
- Wash with mild dish soap and warm water. Use a brush to remove any stubborn coffee residue.
- Rinse all parts thoroughly to remove soap residue.
- Allow all parts to air dry completely before reassembling or storing.
- Descaling (Monthly or as needed):
- Mix a descaling solution according to the descaler product instructions (or use a vinegar solution: 1 part white vinegar to 2 parts water).
- Fill the water reservoir with the descaling solution.
- Run a brewing cycle without coffee.
- Repeat with clean water 2-3 times to rinse out any descaling solution.
- Storage: Store the machine in its carry bag in a cool, dry place when not in use.
Troubleshooting
