4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Preparing Ingredients

The Canoly C16 features a 6-inch extra-wide feed chute and a self-precut system, significantly reducing the need for pre-cutting. Most whole fruits and vegetables (like apples, carrots, and celery) can be inserted directly.

  • Wash all fruits and vegetables thoroughly.
  • For very fibrous ingredients (e.g., celery, ginger), it is recommended to cut them into smaller pieces to prevent potential clogging and optimize juice extraction.
  • Remove large seeds or pits from fruits like peaches, mangoes, or avocados.

4.2 Juicing Process

  1. Ensure the juicer is properly assembled and plugged into a power outlet.
  2. Turn on the juicer using the control panel.
  3. Slowly feed the prepared ingredients into the feed chute. Use the pusher only if necessary to guide ingredients down, avoiding excessive force. The built-in pre-cutter will process larger items.
  4. The juicer will extract juice into the juice cup and separate pulp into the pulp container.
  5. For optimal yield, allow the juicer to process ingredients completely before adding more.
  6. When finished, turn off the juicer and unplug it from the power outlet.

4.3 Using 3-in-1 Strainers (Juice, Sorbet, Nut Milk)

The Canoly C16 comes with specialized strainers for different functions:

  • Juice Mesh Filter: Use this for extracting juice from fresh fruits and vegetables, and for making various nut milks (e.g., almond milk, oat milk).
  • Sorbet Filter: Use this for making delicious sorbets from frozen fruits. Ensure fruits are slightly thawed for best results.

5. Cleaning and Maintenance

Regular cleaning ensures the longevity and hygienic operation of your juicer. The detachable pulp container and dishwasher-safe parts make cleaning simple.

  1. Disassembly: After use, turn off and unplug the juicer. Disassemble all removable parts: hopper, juicing bowl, auger, and strainer.
  2. Rinsing: Rinse all detachable parts under running water immediately after use to prevent pulp from drying and sticking.
  3. Deep Cleaning: For thorough cleaning, wash the parts with warm, soapy water. Use the provided cleaning brush to remove any stubborn pulp from the strainer mesh. All detachable parts are dishwasher safe.
  4. Motor Base: Wipe the motor base with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the motor base in water or any other liquid.
  5. Drying and Storage: Ensure all parts are completely dry before reassembling or storing the juicer to prevent mold or odors. Store in a clean, dry place.
