4. Setup
- Power On: Connect the camera to a power source using the provided charger. The camera will power on automatically.
- Download App: Download the "Closeli App" from your device's app store.
- Account Registration: Open the app and register for a new account or log in if you already have one.
- Add Device: Follow the in-app instructions to add your CL200 camera. This typically involves scanning a QR code on the camera or selecting the device type and connecting to your Wi-Fi network (2.4 GHz-2.4835 GHz).

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Two-Way Video Calling
The CL200 camera supports two-way video and audio communication. You can initiate a call from the camera or receive calls on your mobile app.
- Initiate Call from Camera: Press the call button on the camera. This will send a video call notification to the linked mobile app.
- Receive Call on App: When a call is initiated from the camera, you will receive a notification on your mobile device. Accept the call to begin two-way video communication.
- Call from App: Open the Closeli App, select your camera, and tap the video call icon to initiate a call to the camera.

5.2 Pan/Tilt Control
Utilize the mobile app to remotely adjust the camera's viewing angle. The camera offers 360° horizontal pan and 90° vertical tilt for comprehensive room coverage.

5.3 Night Vision

- Poor Video Quality:
- Check your internet connection speed.

- No Audio During Two-Way Talk:
- Ensure microphone and speaker permissions are enabled for the Closeli App on your smartphone.
- Check the volume settings on both your phone and within the app.

- Motion Detection Not Working:
