Important Safety Instructions
To prevent potential internal damage, rest the ice maker upright for 24 hours before plugging it in. This is crucial for proper refrigerant settling and optimal performance.
This unit contains an isobutane refrigerant (R600a), which is a natural gas with high environmental compatibility. It is flammable. Adhere to all warnings related to refrigerant handling to avoid damage to the refrigerant tubing.
Ensure proper ventilation around the unit. Maintain a minimum of 5.9 inches (15cm) of clearance between the hot air outlet and the wall for proper air circulation.
Do not place the unit near heat sources such as an oven or in direct sunlight.
Use only drinking water in the unit. Do not use other liquids.

Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| "ADD WATER" indicator is on (Red Light) | Low water level in reservoir. | Stop ice making, refill the water, then restart the machine. |
| "ICE FULL" indicator is on (Green Light) | Ice cubes are blocking infrared sensors. | Remove ice promptly. Wipe clean the infrared sensors as they may not work due to dirt buildup. |
| Ice-making is too slow | Insufficient clearance for hot air outlet, high water temperature. | Keep 5.9 inches (15cm) distance between hot air outlet and wall. Water temperature should be 41°F - 86°F (5°C - 30°C). |
| Water leakage | Drain plug not properly installed. | Check to see if the drain plug is installed in place. Contact customer service if the problem cannot be resolved. |
