5. Setup and Charging

5.1 Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge the jump starter. Connect the included USB-C charging cable to the jump starter's input port and a USB power adapter (not included). The LED indicators or LCD screen will show the charging progress. A full charge typically takes several hours.

5.2 Recharging the Unit

For optimal performance and longevity, it is recommended to recharge the jump starter every 3-6 months, even if not in use. Always store the unit with at least 50% charge.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1 Jump Starting a Vehicle

1. Ensure the jump starter is sufficiently charged (at least 50%).
2. Connect the red (+) clamp of the smart jumper cables to the positive (+) terminal of the vehicle's battery.
3. Connect the black (-) clamp of the smart jumper cables to the negative (-) terminal of the vehicle's battery.
4. Plug the smart jumper cable connector into the jump start port on the jump starter unit. The LCD screen on the smart clamps will display the status.
5. Once the connection is secure and the LCD indicates 'READY' or a similar positive status, start your vehicle.
6. After the vehicle starts, immediately remove the smart jumper cable connector from the jump starter unit.
7. Then, disconnect the black (-) clamp from the vehicle battery, followed by the red (+) clamp.

6.2 Using as a Portable Power Bank

The jump starter can charge various electronic devices via its USB output ports or power 12V accessories via its DC output port.

• USB Charging: Connect your device's USB charging cable to one of the jump starter's USB output ports (USB 3.0 or USB 2.0). The Quick Charge 3.0 port provides faster charging for compatible devices.
• 12V DC Output: Plug your 12V car accessory (e.g., tire inflator, car vacuum) into the 12V-16.8V/10A DC output port.

6.3 Using the LED Flashlight

The built-in LED flashlight offers three modes for various situations:

• Flash Light: Provides continuous illumination.
• SOS Light: Emits the international SOS distress signal (three short, three long, three short flashes).
