1. Introduction

The FINGERS ANC-Paradise TWS Earbuds are designed to provide an immersive audio experience with advanced Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) and Surround Noise Cancellation (SNC™) technologies. This manual provides essential information for setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting your earbuds to ensure optimal performance.

3. Setup

3.1. Charging the Earbuds and Case

Before first use, fully charge the earbuds and the charging case. Use the provided USB charging cable to connect the case to a power source.

• Charging Case: Connect the USB cable to the charging port on the case. The indicator light will show charging status.
• Earbuds: Place the earbuds into the charging case. Ensure they are properly seated; the indicator lights on the earbuds will confirm charging.

A full charge provides up to 32 hours of total playtime. The fast charging feature allows for 1.5 hours of playtime with just a 10-minute charge.

3.2. Pairing with a Device

1. Ensure the earbuds are charged.
2. Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode.
3. On your device (smartphone, tablet, laptop), enable Bluetooth.
4. Search for available Bluetooth devices and select "FINGERS ANC-Paradise" from the list.
5. Once connected, you will hear a confirmation tone, and the earbuds will be ready for use.

The earbuds offer a truly wireless experience and can be used as a single earbud or as a pair.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1. Active Noise Cancellation (ANC)

Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) reduces ambient noise, allowing for a more focused listening experience. You can enable or disable ANC with a simple switch or touch control (refer to the Quick Start Guide for specific gestures).

4.2. Surround Noise Cancellation (SNC™)

SNC™ technology is designed for advanced voice clarity during calls. It intelligently filters out surrounding ambient noise, ensuring your voice is clear to the person on the other end.

4.3. Intuitive Touch Controls

The earbuds feature intuitive touch controls for managing calls and music playback:

• Play/Pause: Single tap on either earbud.
• Next Track: Double tap on the right earbud.
• Previous Track: Double tap on the left earbud.
• Answer/End Call: Single tap on either earbud.
• Reject Call: Press and hold either earbud.
• Activate Voice Assistant: Triple tap on either earbud (on default OS).

5. Maintenance and Care

• Cleaning: Regularly clean the earbuds and charging case with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
• Water Resistance: The earbuds have an IPX4 rating, making them sweat resistant. This means they can withstand splashes of water and sweat, but they are not waterproof and should not be submerged in water.
• Storage: When not in use, store the earbuds in their charging case to protect them and keep them charged.
• Temperature: Avoid exposing the earbuds to extreme temperatures (hot or cold) or high humidity.

• Earbuds not pairing or connecting:
  • Ensure both earbuds are charged.

• Only one earbud connecting:

• No sound:
  • Check the volume level on both your device and the earbuds.
  • Ensure the earbuds are properly connected to your device.
  • Try playing audio from a different application or source.
• ANC not working effectively:
  • Ensure ANC is enabled.
  • Adjust the fit of the ear-gels to ensure a proper seal in your ear canal.
