1. Introduction
Thank you for choosing the Firecore 3-Line Green Laser Level HV-3G. This high-precision laser level is designed for accurate horizontal and vertical alignment tasks in both indoor and outdoor environments. Featuring a bright green laser, auto-correction, and multiple operating modes, it provides reliable performance for various construction and measurement applications. Please read this manual carefully before use to ensure safe and optimal operation.
2. Safety Information
Laser Safety: This product is a Class 2 laser device with an output of less than 1mW. Direct exposure to the laser beam can cause eye injury. Always wear the provided laser goggles when operating the device. Do not stare directly into the laser beam or point it at others.
- Do not disassemble the device. Repairs should only be performed by authorized service personnel.
- Keep the device out of reach of children.
- Use only specified batteries.
- Avoid operating the device in explosive atmospheres.

4. Key Features
- High Precision 3-Line Green Laser: Projects two vertical lines and one horizontal line with high accuracy and thin beams. The 520nm direct green laser diode unit offers excellent visibility indoors and reduces eye strain during prolonged use. This design minimizes measurement errors for precise alignment.
- Durable and Robust Design: Built to withstand demanding construction environments with IP54 dustproof and waterproof rating. It is also designed to be shock-resistant, cold-resistant, and heat-resistant. The stable aluminum aviation base has passed a 1-meter drop test, ensuring reliability on the job site.
- Dual Power Options & Extended Operation: Operates for approximately 12 hours continuously when using 4 AAA alkaline dry batteries. This provides flexibility and extended working time.
- Line Fixing Mode & Automatic Correction: Features a magnetic damping system for stable operation. The line fixing mode allows for projecting laser lines at an angle, useful for tasks like stair installation or pipework. In automatic correction mode, the laser lines will flash if the device is tilted beyond ±3°, indicating it is out of range.
- Pulse Mode for Outdoor Use: Switch to pulse mode for enhanced visibility outdoors. When used with a dedicated laser receiver (Firecore FD10G, sold separately), the detection range extends up to 50-60 meters, making it highly practical for outdoor work.

5. Setup
5.1 Battery Installation
- Open the battery compartment cover located on the side of the laser level.
- Insert the 4 AAA alkaline dry batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
- Close the battery compartment cover securely.

5.2 Initial Placement
Place the laser level on a stable, level surface or mount it on a tripod. Ensure the device is within ±3° of level for automatic self-leveling to function correctly.
6. Operating Instructions
6.1 Power On/Off
To power on the device, slide the main switch to the "ON" position. The laser lines will activate. To power off, slide the switch to the "OFF" position.
6.2 Automatic Correction Mode
When the device is powered on and placed on a surface within ±3° of level, it will automatically self-level, and the laser lines will become steady. If the device is tilted beyond ±3°, the laser lines will flash to indicate it is out of range. Adjust the device's position until the lines become steady.

6.3 Line Fixing Mode (Manual Mode)
To use the device for projecting angled lines (e.g., for stairs or handrails), activate the line fixing mode. In this mode, the self-leveling function is deactivated, allowing you to lock the laser lines at any desired angle. Refer to the device's control panel for specific button presses to engage this mode.

6.4 Pulse Mode (with Receiver)
For outdoor applications or when working in bright conditions, switch the laser level to pulse mode. This mode allows the laser receiver to detect the beam over longer distances (up to 50-60 meters). The dedicated Firecore FD10G receiver (sold separately) is required for this function. Follow the receiver's instructions for detection.
7. Maintenance
- Keep the laser level clean and dry. Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe the exterior. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Clean the laser windows regularly with a soft, lint-free cloth to ensure clear beam projection.
- When not in use for extended periods, remove the batteries to prevent leakage and store the device in its dedicated aluminum case in a cool, dry place.
- Avoid exposing the device to extreme temperatures or direct sunlight for prolonged durations.
