2. Water Inlet Connection: Connect the cold water inlet pipe to the designated port on the side of the heater (typically marked blue). Install the provided safety valve (TP Valve) to the water inlet. Apply PTFE tape to threads to ensure a watertight seal.
3. Water Outlet Connection: Connect the hot water outlet pipe to the designated port on the side of the heater (typically marked red).
4. Drip Pipe Installation: Attach the drip pipe to the safety valve and route it to a suitable drain, ensuring there are no kinks or obstructions.
5. Filling the Tank: Before connecting power, open a hot water faucet in your home to allow air to escape. Then, open the cold water supply valve to fill the water heater tank. Once water flows steadily from the hot water faucet, the tank is full. Close the hot water faucet.
6. Electrical Connection: Connect the power cord to a grounded electrical outlet. Ensure the plug is installed on the right side above the heater, as indicated in the diagram.
