3. Setup and Initial Use

Charging the Power Bank:

  1. Connect the supplied USB-A to USB-C cable to a compatible USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port.
  2. Insert the USB-C end of the cable into the "Type-C In/Out" port on the power bank.
  3. The LED indicators on the power bank will illuminate to show the charging status. A full charge is indicated when all LEDs are solid.

It is recommended to fully charge the power bank before its first use to optimize battery performance.

4. Operating Instructions

Charging Your Devices:

  1. Connect your device's charging cable (USB-C to USB-C, or USB-C to your device's port) to the "Type-C In/Out" port on the power bank.
  2. Connect the other end of the cable to your device.
  3. The power bank will automatically begin charging your device. The LED indicators will show the remaining charge level of the power bank.

The 10W output ensures fast charging for compatible devices. The Intelligent Charge (IC) technology allows the power bank to communicate with your device to deliver the optimal charging current, protecting against overheating and short circuits.

Checking Battery Level:

Press the small button located next to the LED indicators. The LEDs will light up to show the current charge level of the power bank:

  • 4 LEDs: 75-100% charge
  • 3 LEDs: 50-75% charge
  • 2 LEDs: 25-50% charge
  • 1 LED: 0-25% charge (recharge soon)

5. Maintenance and Care

  • Keep the power bank dry. Do not expose it to moisture or liquids.
  • Avoid extreme temperatures. Do not store in very hot or cold environments.
  • Clean the power bank with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
  • Store the power bank in a cool, dry place when not in use for extended periods.
  • Do not attempt to disassemble, repair, or modify the power bank. This will void the warranty and may cause damage or injury.

6. Troubleshooting

Power Bank Not Charging:

  • Ensure the charging cable is securely connected to both the power bank and the power source.
  • Verify that the power adapter or USB port is functional.
  • Try using a different USB-C cable.

Device Not Charging from Power Bank:

  • Check if the power bank has sufficient charge by pressing the power button.
  • Ensure your device's charging cable is properly connected to both the power bank and your device.
  • Try using a different charging cable for your device.
  • Confirm your device is compatible with USB-C charging.

LED Indicators Not Working:

  • Press the power button firmly to activate the indicators.
  • If the power bank is completely discharged, the LEDs may not light up until it receives some charge.
