- Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the mouse surface.
- Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
- Keep the mouse away from excessive moisture and extreme temperatures.

6. Troubleshooting
6.1. Connectivity Issues
- Mouse not responding: Ensure the mouse is powered on and the correct connectivity mode (2.4G, BT, or Wired) is selected via the switch on the bottom.
- 2.4G Wireless not connecting: Verify the USB receiver is securely plugged into a working USB port. Try re-pairing by holding Left/Right/Center buttons for 3 seconds.
- Bluetooth not connecting: Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device. Remove any previous pairings of the mouse and attempt to pair again. Hold Left/Right/Center buttons for 3 seconds to force Bluetooth pairing.
- Intermittent connection: Move the mouse closer to the receiver/device. Avoid obstructions and sources of interference (e.g., other wireless devices, large metal objects).
6.2. Tracking Problems
- Inaccurate or jumpy cursor: Clean the optical sensor on the underside of the mouse. Ensure you are using the mouse on a suitable surface (a mouse pad is recommended).
- DPI too high/low: Adjust the DPI settings using the DPI button or through the Web Cloud Driver.
6.3. Battery Issues
- Mouse not charging: Check the USB-C cable and the power source. Try a different cable or USB port.
- Short battery life: Ensure the mouse is fully charged (2-3 hours). High polling rates (e.g., 8KHz) and extensive use can consume battery faster.
